I'd be scared having a 60 year old roided out coke head shaving my head.
-
Maybe Ace Steel can come out and exact his revenge on Eugene.
-
It's hard-sell time. Besides, Cena/Benoit will probably get 20 minutes and make the difference.
-
If only he'd follow Punk's drug stance instead.

What's Edge's new tattoo?
-
I wonder why they didn't just put Murdoch-Cade in as well. Might as well put the entire roster in the match. Flair/Carlito with Edge shoving them out is the obvious finish. Really should've just had a pinfall/submission elimination match.
-
They could have just cut it down to a 6 way elimination match with Edge, Benjamin, Nitro, Flair, Crazy and Carlito. No need for Kenny, Crazy, Venis and Viscera.
-
The battle royal should include ECW and SD talent as well.

Top WWE wrestlers named in SI steroid investigation.
Hawk 34 replied to Downhome's topic in The WWE Folder
I'm more interested in knowing the names in the independents that were involved. My first bet would be Austin Aries and Tank Toland. -
So Masters is gone tomorrow right?
-
Masters has commitment issues with his beard.
-
I think it's the other way around. Its the same thing. The big money match isn't happening any time soon. Austin has one match left in him and whoever gets it either needs to be Hogan or someone who'd greatly benefit from it.
-
sXe Punk would work best right now against only RVD and Steve Austin. Sandman isn't dynamic enough right now and obviously isn't going anywhere except back to the indies. Steroids aren't getting touched. Austin/Punk would be a tremendous promo war but only if it builds to Austin's return match at Summer Slam. Hogan-Austin is dead. If Austin isn't getting the big money match, might as put over the new star in the making in a storyline that'd rock. RVD has already been covered. If they wanted to use Punk-Foley, just rip off their ROH deal.
-
Using Punk/Foley for that basis is the least neccesary thing. Punk and Foley, do have incredible chemistry together.
-
Take a close look at the Raven/Punk storyline and you'll see how a drug addict can be the big face when it's Punk playing the heel. Of course, RVD lacks the ability to act or sell a character. It'd really work with Austin, more-so given his connection to the crowd and ability to promo. Imagine building that program up over a few months...Punk is clearly a big star in the making. Austin's never getting Hogan. Austin/Punk could be huge if played right. Punk can make a crowd love anyone. RVD is already over. He was over for being "cool". You'd have this arrogant prick putting himself over everyone and getting into their skin and RVD, this guy whom has always been popular for his different style and approach. His admiration for pot hasn't been kept secret in WWE. It's been out there for quite some time. WWE loves doing "angles based off reality". We saw it constantly over the past few years but not to the extent of Russo. It would work in a big way if Punk gets to do his own material.
-
Actaully, it depends when the MITB match is. If it is before the Originals vs New Breed match then after Punk wins the match he can cause the Originals to loose the match and finally pick his side. Punk is a face, so why would he join the NEW Breed who are all heels? McMahon wants him as a heel. Wouldn't be shocked if they did a Punk/RVD program leading out of that. Let Punk put out RVD's admiration for POT. Revive the sXe heel character and have Punk send RVD packing. Only problem is, RVD will struggle to match pace with Punk on the promo side of things.

All of my S16's are alive except Texas, WSU and LBST. I had Texas in the E8, though.

Glad to see you managed to socialize with the girl for an extended period of time...but...yeah. The last night was a instant "friend zone" move. Nice try.

Durant's calling for a agent in exactly 45 minutes. Oden still might stick around but that's a long shot. He has at least openly said he wasn't sure yet. He really could use another year.

Wisco falling out was big for me. Texas choking was more deadly. I had Nevada over Memphis as well. That's still in play, though.

TSM TV Badass Tournament nominations thread
Hawk 34 replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
He was smarter. I don't have to nominate the rest of the cast, others can include Schilinger or Keller and the rest. It'll just be a Wire Vs 24 Vs Sorpanos Vs OZ Vs Prison Break Vs Deadwood Six Way tournament anyways. -
YES! G'bye Wisconin. Hello, big money.

3/18: Pinning Back Anger At ESPN, Lawyers, Parents
Hawk 34 commented on kkktookmybabyaway's blog entry in KK's Korner
What point is he trying to make with LeBron? He was clearly ready for the game. One of the very few HS players who was gifted enough to play in the NBA outright. Besides LeBron wouldn't have gone to OSU anyways. He said many times he'd stayed home at Akron and played there with his HS teammates. He'd be gone now anyways. The tournament is always exciting, especially this year. The new rules allow at least one year of guys like Oden and Durant to be on a national spotlight. One year is more then you'll probably need from these kids. It's not an education thing. 90% of these big name kids are taking 2 classes a semester and it's usually things like History of Rock n Roll or English Comp Lit 101. The real students are going to stick around. Everyone wins out. The real students that want to learn can use basketball to fund their efforts. The one and done stars get a year of expierence, the programs get the revenue from their presence. The networks get the star names. In College Basketball, it's not about the players. It's the coaches and programs. That is what sells NCAA Basketball. As long as programs like Duke, UNC, Indiana, UCLA, Ohio State, etc etc exist...NCAA is fine. Now, if it becomes a mid-major dominated league...they might have issues but that isn't going to happen. -
Florida holds Purdue off and saves the national bracket for another round. UNLV taking Wisco out today would be huge for me especially if Oregon keeps Winthrop at bay.
-
Oregon really got exposed on friday by Miami. Slow them down and Oregon gets lost. Edit: as soon as I said that, Oregon kicked into high gear. Looks like my comment about today's games not going to be able to match up in awesomeness to yesterday's might have been wrong as most of these games are doing quite well.
