Because his indy obligations are ending and because it's a natural place for him to return as Shelton has become the watered down TO character and Haas, being the former partner and best friend would have something to say about that. It's basically because otherwise, WWE is in another booking corner and Haas is an escape.

While it's similar to what WWE did with CM Punk last year, by using him for heat/velocity/dark matches. It could just be case of Colt being a respected worker in the mid-west, which is where they have been stationed the last two weeks. However, Cabana is a fit for WWE. You have to love the rib on Ace Steel, as well.

...Regal dressed as a woman? Great. Great Khali...Who is naming people in WWE now? Khali and Umaga? I guess Orton does the expected injury excuse again. (it's a new tradition for Orton to do post-mania injury angles).

I wasn't being negative, just saying there is a career for Orton outside WWE. He'd probably make good money in that field. It's probably a step-up, if anything.

I know, lol, like when the average joe down the street dies of something like a common disease or one of a million daily car accidents, he was leading a normal life, he should expect a normal death, and people have the nerve to act surprised, lol, stupid people! f'n idiot I had a much longer and angrier rant to respond to this but then I chose to ignore it. That won't stop me from highlighting what you said though. It's like when rock stars die of a over-dose, people make similar statements like that.

Of course not, while the possibility of placing the title on Rey had been discussed before Eddie's death but not taken at serious consideration, it would be impossible to imagine WWE willing to pull the trigger on such a move. Anyways, Rey owns his title reign to Batista more then Eddie.

I will call Ace, Paris and Bucky to grace the bottom three and I have the feeling that Bucky lives to see another day and this is the end of the road for Ace.

Randy must have ate the last jelly doughnut. Everyone knows that the last jelly doughnut goes to Vince. And it's entirely possible Randy will straighten up since I don't see him wanting to work Indys or TNA. And he has zero acting skill and those positions in Hollywood have been filled by Paul Walker and Freddie Prinze Jr. So for Randy, it's the WWE or moving back home with Dad. I can see him fixing his act just to keep the only thing he can sorta, kinda, maybe do. There is always (gay) porn.

The demographic that TNA and Spike are looking for, are better suited for Thursday rather then Saturday.

People still want to claim that it was a bad move to place Impact @ 11?

In a group of overwhelmingly mediocre rappers, Proof actually stood out. So it figures that he would fall victim to was probably the usual Detroit happenings, although the conspiracy theorists are probably getting warmed up.

He is finishing indy obligations and will be on Raw, as he can't work with Smackdown.

Maybe I am the first to notice/care, but where was Shawn tonight? Home watching Ten Commandments? -
Joe, is 6'1 legit.
-
Sabu, is under contract. Eliminators are basically dead and they wouldn't advertise Little Guido. Totally real.

If I were in heaven, I'd be busy doing other stuff before checking myspace.

This is a pretty good day for CM Punk. His best friend and girl-friend both appear on Raw. -

No, it's very good. And Raw has been alright. Stop your bitching. Not really. The opening promo was the usual smarky shoot orientated promo that had very little storyline advancement. The tag match was crap, setting up to the 200th TBS/Kane feud that no one wants. The McMahons go to Church thing had two little comedy spots going for it and more of that shitty Umgaga. The lone highlight is two good looking chicks on screen together. -

Cena/HHH/Edge trade shoot comments, set up Cena/HHH Vs Edge Mickie and Maria look hot, set up match for later tonight Kane's new movie is previewed... Kane walks in the back as his voices are back, repeating "may 19th, they will find out" Kane turns on TBS in 10 minute shit-fest with SS and choke-slams him (more like he pushed him down) Vince and Shane go to church, a couple humor spots include Vince spitting holy water ala Triple H and Vince threatens God to strike him dead and Shane, instantly sidesteps. Umaga with new hair-do squashes Colt Cabana. -
Now, that I have finally caught all the offerings of 2005 (although FIP is way behind) and I haven’t gotten through OVW yet. So It’s possible I could be making changes later this year. *This is NA exclusive as I’m still behind on Puro* 2005 The Top Twenty 20. Austin Aries Vs CM Punk (ROH-Death before Dishonor III) 19. James Gibson Vs Austin Aries (ROH-The Final Showdown) 18. Alex Shelley Vs Claudio Castagnoli (ROH-This Means War) 17. AJ Styles Vs Christopher Daniels (TNA-Bound for Glory) 16. Bryan Danielson Vs Spanky (ROH-BOASJ) 15. CM Punk Vs Jimmy Rave (ROH-Nowhere to Run) 14. Kurt Angle Vs Shelton Benjamin (WWE-Raw) 13. Samoa Joe Vs AJ Styles (TNA-Sacrifice) 12. Samoa Joe Vs Necro Butcher (IWA-Something to Prove) 11 Shelton Benjamin Vs Shawn Michaels (WWE-Raw) 10. CM Punk Vs Roderick Strong (ROH-Escape from New York) 9. Bryan Danielson Vs CM Punk (FIP-Bring the Pain) 8. Rey Mysterio Vs Eddie Guerrero (WWE-Smackdown. 6.23) 7. Samoa Joe and Jay Lethal Vs Low Ki and Homicide (ROH-Nowhere to Run) 6. Kurt Angle Vs Shawn Michaels (WWE-WM21) 5. Samoa Joe Vs AJ Styles Vs Christopher Daniels (TNA-Unbreakable) 4. Low Ki Vs KENTA (ROH-Final Battle 2005) 3. Bryan Danielson Vs Roderick Strong (ROH-Vendetta) 2. Samoa Joe Vs Kenta Kobashi (ROH-Joe Vs Kobashi) 1. Bryan Danielson Vs James Gibson (ROH-Glory by Honor IV) Here’s the Worker Tally (repeat names only) Bryan Danielson: 4 (#1, #3, #9 and #16) James Gibson: 2 (#1 and #19) CM Punk: 4 (#9, #10, #15 and #20) Roderick Strong: 2 (#3 and # 10) Low Ki: 2 (#4 and #7) AJ Styles: 3 (#5, #13 and #17) Christopher Daniels: 2 (#5 and #17) Kurt Angle: 2 (#6 and #14) Shawn Michaels: 2 (#6 and #11) Samoa Joe: 5 (#2, #5, #7, #12 and #13) *This indicates a really strong year for Joe, Punk and Dragon(which is impressive, as he missed 4 months of 2005 in NA) and that Shawn Michaels, despite being one of the oldest active members of the WWE roster is still putting on the top performences for the WWE. It is in my opinion though, that 2005 was the year of CM PUNK. Establishing 4 top twenty matches, in addition to a handful of honorable mentions, he also captured the ROH World Title in a memorable fashion and had a excellent heel turn in the process. The storyline of Punk holding the ROH Title hostage in the summer, was easily a top five storyline in all of wrestling and don't forget his emotional farewell in Chicago against Colt Cabana in a 2/3 falls match. That show ranks #2 all-time best seller for ROH (behind Joe/Kobashi, and ahead of Joe-Punk II). CM Punk moved onto OVW, where he was an instant star and has had great matches and storyline with Brent Albright. My Top 15 workers of 2005 1. Samoa Joe 2. Bryan Danielson 3. Kurt Angle 4. James Gibson 5. CM Punk 6. Eddie Guerrero 7. Christopher Daniels 8. AJ Styles 9. Shawn Michaels 10. Rey Mysterio 11. Shelton Benjamin 12. Low Ki 13. Roderick Strong 14. Austin Aries 15. Brian Kendrick
