I think the expecations are so dramatically low, that anything that doesn't completely suck will look better then it really was. I don't think it'll be WMIX or WMXI or WMXIII levels of bad but it'll hardly be great. Probably right in with WMXIX, two good matches that reach ***1/2 levels, a good sports entertainment style brawl and a bunch of short nothing matches.

There's a drive-in movie theater that plays an old movie and new movie on the same night.

It's open invitation, thankfully they made sure to cover up the whole "why does he keep getting in" thing that most promotions ignore.

We've had two WrestleManias take place on this day and Vince had enough self control to not take advantage of those. April fool's day is a good Mania day. WMX7 and VI. The best mania ever and one of the biggest main events ever occur on that day. This will be the 4th Mania to occur on April 2nd. (V, XI, 2000) That's not so much of a great Mania day aside from two hot main events.

Most will be disapointed in the crowd's refusual to actually boo Cena, which confuses WWE as they were expecting Cena to get massive heel heat. That'd fuck with WWE more.

Last night, i was trying to get some of my work done for my class today (in half-hour, actually) but I kept getting interupted by various circumstances. A). My ex-girlfriend, whom I remain friendly with had to start up a AIM convo about her current relationship and said "you actually understand me, so you know what to say" -Okay, If I understand you so damn much, why did you leave my ass? I don't need flattery to offer my advice but don't cheapen it by acting like you still need my words and wisdom. You just want to vent. I am cool with that, I've been there. It's just not right, to still claim I was the right guy for everything about you, when I was obviously not that guy. (Of course, she does like to say from time to time "I really do believe you are my soul-mate, it was just bad timing for us". Like I need to drag myself down a bottomless pit, with you. Again) B). The O.C -This show, used to be awesome. Remember season 1? It was the perfect show in every way. Season Two, slipped a little but the final episodes made up for it. Now, they are going head-first into cliche land. Marissa is a coke-head, now? How long did it take Kelly Taylor? I don't recall Joey Potter or Jen ever having Cocaine issues. Ryan, looks 35 now. XVI, had Jericho/Benoit/Angle, a super-hot main event program and a three-way ladder match. There's no way XXII will be as good.

He was on a handful of shows in season two, but yeah, the show is hurting without Jimmy Cooper.

Why would Rock be opposed to working heel? That's him at his best, around late 2004 he was praising Memphis style wrestling and that he was watching countless tapes of it in his trailer. I would imagine he would jump at the opportunity to play a memphis style heel against a hot baby-face like Cena in LA. The real thing was, Rock was asked to work JBL instead. He tried to get Sting but that fell through.

He'll probably do some shoot on the worthlessness of the belt and how it's a joke and he'll toss it aside and open his suit jacket and be wearing the old championship belt or a newly modified version for him.

Cena will be wearing the black shorts, Triple H should bust out the all-white gear for this show.

I liked the Batman outfit, before he had the $ to produce anything flashy for his costumes. I believe he did The Flash for WMXX. Last year, he played off the large latino crowd by wearing the Mexico gear. I'm always curious to see if anyone does anything special, outfit wise. Didn't Shawn debut the current look at WMXXI? I hate when the wrestlers (not in a tag-team) wear the same colors, just a picky thing that annoys me.

Well, last night was titled "DRAGON GATE CHALLENGE SERIES". Tonight, hasn't been named yet. So to me, it's night one of the weekend shows.

I'm disapointed that GMU/Florida will be the opening game on F4 saturday. I guess CBS, rightfully figured that was the more appealing game and felt giving it an eariler start would boost the ratings? It'd completely kill off the interest in LSU/UCLA because of GMU loses(as I believe they will), no one cares anymore about LSU/UCLA. So interest in game two would drop dramatically as interest is now erased. I feel that putting Florida/GMU second, makes it more dramatic as they know who will meet them.

I wouldn't count out a Rick Rude style outfit with Eddie's face on the side and VIVA LA RAZA on the other side of the pants and LIE. CHEAT. STEAL on the back.

haha yeah that was annoying as shit...stick to your regular masks, Rey! I do wonder if he'll bring back the superhero theme to his WM costumes. I used to like it, when wrestlers wore new or special outfits for Mania.

Is it asking to much, that Rey doesn't have a repeat of his performence last year? I'd hate to see the already heatless joke of a "main-event" ruined even further by having Mysterio stop every 35 seconds to adjust his mask.
