That's true. Xavier will be a tough game for UCLA.
-
Ohio State didn't and fires have already engulfed Columbus.
-
More teams have more stronger complaints to make then Tennessee.
-
NCAA always tries to say they don't purposely set up appealing first round matches but they just happened to pair up two big name freshmen players in the first round?
-
To be fair, you can argue that in kayfabe he is certain that Flair will finally lose. It was his entire plan anyways.

He can't wrestle. He's a good promo in his current character and his previous incarnation. Why push him as a "serious" wrestler? Being the comedy act isn't a bad thing. Santino will never be a main event act, you have to have those smarmy heels in the mid-card.

Good call. How is it that a guy whose entire premise on his tv show is centered around unique garbage diners and hidden small town gems allow himself to pitch for some assembly line restaurant?
-
Same goes for Coppin State.

You're right, it's not over. Georgia might just let those bubble teams breathe for another 30 minutes. Edit: Just as I said that, Georgia goes ahead and likely slams the door on some very angry bubble team.

I know it's early and it'll depend on the actual match-ups but which likely #1 seed (Memphis, UNC, Big 12 Winner, UCLA) will be the most vulnerable to the inevitable mega-upset? It has to happen at some point.

I recall Jeff having a pretty decent sized house on that Confidential piece they did on him a couple years back, the one with the dirt bike course in the backyard. However, A double-wide trailer would suit Jeff as well. Most likely they were both on the same property.

Boise and New Mexico State really want that #13 seed. They are in the 3rd OT right now.
-
Cena and Taker faced a few times over the summer of 2003. That's not the point. We've already discussed why it's not the best option beyond a heat standpoint for WM25.

Matt lives in the same neighborhood, so it would make sense that he saw the smoke. Edit: I see what you were referering to, I forgot the breaking news report Taigastar had informed us of earlier.

WWE already does that LA/Anaheim, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Detroit and NYC having hosted a good majority of the shows. The new plan for WWE and WM is to take place in tourist destinations which was a key reason Orlando got the nod this year along with the opportunity for an outdoor venue. Which will benefit places like Vegas and Atlantic City which are probably due for a return. I'm surprised WWE didn't and hasn't booked a WM in New Orleans. WWE loves good pr.

I still argue they should get rid of that play-in-game between the potential #16 seeds and assign the first two bubble teams on the outside to play for a #12 seed against the strongest #5. They will never do that but it'd be a much more compelling game between, hypothetically, Arizona State and Massachusetts then it would be for Coppin and Portland State.

What's strange about this year's crop of "bubble" teams is that no specific school really demands a spot. UK should be in but outside of that demented fanbase, will anyone be that upset? Same goes for Ohio State, Villanova, Arizona State, Illinois State and those others.

PWI said it was a lock and other promotions such as ROH are looking for venues for that weekend next year. They usually decide and announce the site internally, a couple weeks prior to the public announcement on the WM telecast. That doesn't mean plans won't suddenly change but it's unlikely. The other heavily favored sites were Indianapolis, Vegas, Dallas and Toronto.

"Miracle", really? There was nothing sports-miracle about that play or game at all.
-
The idea that Affleck can't act without Kevin Smith's involvement is a ridiculously false belief.
-
Doing it with a fully heel Cena would be a disaster. Taker-Cena would be better served for WM26, since that'd be more appropriate if you are looking for that similarity with Hogan-Andre. As it stands, WWE has 4 big marquee matches they haven't really touched that they can pull out for WM25 (Cena/Batista, Edge/HHH, Taker/Shawn and Cena/Taker). In the case of Shawn/Taker, we've already went over why that would be different. There really isn't a better spot for those two guys next year.

Perry has been in various stuff over the years, it's not like he was sitting around waiting for a 90210 reunion. All that matters is that Joe E. Tata is a regular again.
-
Well, I'm sure the writers on Days of Our Lives are just slightly better then WWE's pile of rejects.

Hell no, she starred on George Lopez, what do you think? She'll end up on daytime soap, which isn't a slight, but that's just where she should be.

Review: WWF WrestleMania X8, from Toronto, Ontario, 3/17/2002.

I'll be honest, I start on Wednesday but I do cheat a little. I don't see the purpose/desire to watch Tatanka/Michaels at WMIX again. I'll watch the primary matches for those less appealing shows but some shows will get the full treatment. Last year, I went in reverse (22 to 1) but I'll likely go the traditional route.
