  1. Where has he been anyways? Was he really broken up about his useless stats thread being removed from the front page?
  2. Does TNA even have a draw? Outside of Sting, I don't think they do. Angle and Booker haven't made a single dent in the ratings despite all the hype surrounding them, Joe's star faded and it's a ongoing struggle for TNA to recapture it and all the WCW/WWE retreads aren't doing a damn thing.
  3. It doesn't mean they won't have a rematch but it does look like they'll push towards Punk-Benjamin either for the Rumble or after it.
  4. Raw HBK Vs Mr. Kennedy Umaga Vs Jim Duggan Beth Vs Mickie Vs Melina Hornswoggle Vs Regal Santino Vs Jeff Hardy Ric Flair Vs HHH ECW Yang/Moore/Kelly Vs Miz/Morrison/Layla BDV Vs Colin Dellaney James Curtis Vs Shelton Bejamin CM Punk Vs Chavo Guerrero Smackdown Finlay Vs MVP Dykstra and Victoria Vs Chuck and Michelle Funaki Vs Chavo Yang/Moore Vs Deuce n Domino Batista Vs Edge-Heads Undertaker Vs Mark Henry Mysterio Vs Edge
  5. What do you mean leave the game? He isn't ending his Clemens act this early. He'll come back.
  6. I couldn't stand the Elway vs Favre= Favre vs Manning comparisons that would inevitably come. Just give me anything other then NE/Seattle and I'll try to stomach it. It doesn't matter who wins this wretched season.
  7. It's a Dusty booked show and that's why it's been far more enjoyable then the wreck that Raw is. ECW focuses on three people/angles and works around those. Right now, it's Punk and the carousel of challengers, the Moore/Yang-MnM wrestling-based rivalry, Benjamin's ascent to the top by laying out jobbers in an effort to rebuild him as a threat. They pepper in a squash match with a BDV or Henry just for good measure. ECW is assured to give you at least one 15 minute match every week.
  8. It was Vickie's way of shutting him up, about how she was"Tearing The Guerrero family, because of her relationship with Edge". To avoid the conversation, she put him in the Beat The Clock match. Pretty slick move, I think. I didn't see that and that is a good spot. Chavo getting his annual mini-push is always fun. Khali is doing dark matches now? That's probably the best way to use him. Pop the crowd and squash someone in the dark and be used every now and then on TV. I'll look forward to seeing the Moore Yang- MnM 2.0 rematch next week.
  9. I'll take Edge/Rey over Edge/Kane, so I don't mind Rey being the random Rumble title challenger as they do work well together. How exactly was Chavo a considerable contender?
  10. You'll be happy about plopping down $60 for something that doesn't affect the quality of the product at all? Just pretty colors and clearer bacne shots?
  11. Cage could make a few more Treasure movies and they'll probably still rake in over $200 million for all.

  13. He'll survive just like The Kentucky Wildcats did in the early 1990's.
  14. It won't be in Vegas but it is at the Connecticut casino. Have they ever done the RR outside of Vegas/casino?
  15. Jingus just felt like taking a unrelated shot at Austin.
  16. How would Green Bay/NE be any less insufferable? FAVRE: AMERICAN HERO would be equally nauseating as the Romo-TO-Jessica triangle. Sitting a guy down for a play is teaching a lesson?
  17. I think Edge will probably end up ducking UT as much as he can on the way to WM. It shouldn't be that at all. It should be Edge charging after UT wanting to end the streak. UT should be champion as well but WWE wouldn't do that. They couldn't possibly do something fresh for a change.
  18. Either that or HHH will win the elimination chamber. Otherwise, I give Hunter all the props in the world for making a point of trying to be as strong of a company guy right now as possible. The idea of the EC match is for the last six men eliminated in the Rumble to be involved. Now, in a great sign of near TNA laziness, WWE is doing TWO "heel authority figure blocks the top face from the title shot and rumble but only for said face to get title shot by some measure" angles. It's the default angle for this time of the year and it's tiresome.
  19. Let Charlie Haas play the cow-bro while Cade is out and you wouldn't skip a beat.
  20. OT: Any numbers on ROH PPV's? I'm curious to see those ratings compared with TNA.
  21. I have to give credit to Cabbage for working a unrelated comparison to Kentucky/Louisville basketball into nearly every post.
  22. I won't even touch the Booyah Network untl I get an all-clear signal from someone I trust, by the way. It'll be at an all-time high if Green Bay or Dallas represent the NFC.
  23. Now, tell us that we're all jealous of the success that the long overdue and suffering city of Boston has been lucky to experience over the last decade.
  24. Rising Above Results (ongoing) *Bushwhacker Luke taken out by Albright and Adam Pearce* 1. Daizee pins Lacey in 3 way with Sara Del Ray *Post match*- Lacey trashes Sunny. Sunny and Haze beat Lacey down 2. Delirious (in red and black) d. Brent Albright via roll up 3. Steen and Generico win scramble over AOTF, VS and Hangmen 3 4. Davey Richards d. Erick Stevens via distraction from Daniel Puder. 5. Claudio d. Hero 6. Nigel d. Aries in bloody match 7. Necro wins 4 Way Fray over Cross, Franklin and Jigsaw 8. Danielson d. Morishima via DQ 9. Briscoes d. NRC 2-1. (Briscoes' streak ends) 10. Marufuji d. Claudio Castagnoli *Post-Match*- SNS attack Claudio, Stevens makes the save attempt but fails. Puder locks Claudio.
  25. Thanks for being right up to date on this! I was getting worried.
