I would guess that's some of the "cardinal magic" that Czech was talking about a while ago. Or a fluke. Would be pretty nice if he could do that sort of thing the whole season.
Albert~!
Also, Rollins hits it right to Edmonds and he's 0-2. Even though it's against the Cards, I do hope he gets a hit.(Hopefully an infield single or something when we are comfortably ahead)
So apparently Sidney Ponson has secured the 5 spot in the rotation. Being a Cardinals fan, I'm not really sure how to feel about this. I guess I'll go with cautious optimism.
I guess I'm the only one who preferred the new one to the HEY NOTHING YOU CAN SAY song. Then again, I'm a Killswitch Engage fan, so I'm biased and stuff.
You know, someone should probably check on Michael Irvin, you know, just to be safe....
Also, I like how the ESPN.com poll question, "Is signing Terrell Owens a good move for the Cowboys?" is split 50/50 after 200,000 votes. A nation divided!
That's odd. I see that the ATI Radeon 9000 Video Card, which I have, is apparently supported, but when I ran that test and looked under minimum requirements, it tells me that I wont be able to run it with the card I have. Which makes me sad, since I really want this game.
I thought I read that Bret said the reason he hasn't agreed to be inducted is that he's afraid he'd get too emotional, and that he's not ready yet, or something like that.
Has the Denver pass defense been this miserable all season long?
It's like the receivers always have about a five or six yard cushion after 15 yards.
Well, they were 29th in pass defense during the regular season, but I think they usually got a lot of turnovers to make up for it. Obviously not today, though.
Benoit should wear the black tights he wore against Steve Austin on that awesome Smackdown match more often. Or at least bust em out for big matches or something.
Good:
-McGwire breaking the home run record.
-Manning breaking the TD record.
-Dyson coming up one yard short. A great finish to my favorite super bowl (and not just because the Rams won).
-Kurt Warner's performance and MVP selection in said super bowl. Easily my favorite QB.
-Edmond's home run in the 04 NLCS. That was just an awesome moment.
-Albert Pujols's home run in the 05 NLCS, which unfortunatley leads to....
Bad:
-The Cardinals defeat in the very next game. Here I was thinking that HR was going to spark the big comeback and eventual World Series win! Instead, Roy Oswalt has to ruin everyones good time and be lights out. Stupid Roy Oswalt.
-Kurt Warner released by the Rams. I GUESS I couldn't really blame them, but still a sad day for me. I just can't enjoy a Ram's game with Marc Bulger behind center. Just something about that guy I don't like.
-The Patriots Dynasty. All of it.
-Bonds breaking the HR record only a few years after McGwire. And probably setting the new all time record eventually.
