Cause Burke lost the #1 contender and such shit.
-
Source?

Go look at the cover art for all the DVDs of their shows. TNA disagrees with you. They see Angle, Sting, and Christian as the big stars (and of course Jarrett). Guys like Styles, Daniels, and Joe mean shit to them in the long run, to their way of thinking. What TNA thinks ain't always the same as the fans think. Sure, I might be an odd case, but for ME Joe is the face of TNA.
-
... and he jobs to Punk at the slam and gets back stuck at the midcard, while Nitro and Punk continue their feud. No, I prefer Burke to be used better, not just as a part of the environment in the Punk-Nitro feud.
-
Well, we live in an evil and demented society...
-
True. I started watching TNA about an year ago, until then I didn't know shit about them and totally associated TNA with Samoa Joe, even though I hadn't seen him wrestle at all. Joe IS TNA, if they lose him, they lose their face (no pun intended).

Punk on RAW RIGHT NOW would be a huge mistake. Just like with Kennedy.
-
The possible problem with 3-hour RAW, if used correctly at all, is the number of feuds they will develop through the month, which will need more time on the PPV thus longer PPVs. Or they could just stick to random matches between midcarders and jobbers.
-
Anyone knows why OVW stopped posting recaps of Sizzler serries on their website?
-
Kennedy couldn't respond, he was made look like some kind of lame rookie. So, yes, he was buried there.
-
Great promo (no surprise) and average worker. Basically, he has the promo skills as his father and slightly less skilled then his brother at his age. Quite over in OVW though. At least amongst the teenage girls. Like he can be used some day later with that easy to remember tatoos. But IS ready to come, get buried in a promo by Cena and job to a fucking jobber.
-
Bogey is a face. Hardly a ME material, though.
-
Actually, I see it happening soon with Hardy jobbing. Unless they need MVP to get rid of the US title to go higher in the hierarchy.
-
Actually, watching OVW now I didn't realize Jeter was Johnny from SS. So, yeah, they're not doomed, if repackaged correctly.
-
Who is Festus? Was that a vignette, cause I didn't see any vignette in my rls of SD? Just before returning they had a bit of two wrestlers announcing their arrival on Smackdown. Festus bascially had a Lenny from Of Mice & Men thing going (sans the talk about rabbits and living off of the fat of the land) just a slow, mute fellow, essentially Kane as he was first introduced. Well, nice. SD certainly needs some new and fresh faces.
-
Well, I hope he really gets repackaged. Haven't watched him in OVW, nor I am that knowledgeable in wrestling skills, but seeing an 8-time OVW Heavyweight champion get a gimmick of the retarded nephew of the GM is sad, to say the least. Hope he gets his chance in 6 months or so (if we assume Eugene gimmick is gone now).
-
Why is everything thinking we won't see Eugene on TV again? I read it here and in some other thread, why's that belief? I'd actually add Kennedy to the lists most of you wrote. Great charisma and not bad in-ring ability.
-
WTF? Who is Festus? Was that a vignette, cause I didn't see any vignette in my rls of SD?

Actually, I find the third one least awful. The first one simply sucks, the second one is a ornate (in the bad meaning, dunno a better word) version of the first one and the third one has something interesting in it. Not that it's not ornate too... Anyone heard something of Paul Burchill? He lost a "Title vs House vs Car" match two weeks ago, so kayfabe-wise he doesn't have a house in the city OVW is located, plus he didn't take any part in last Friday's show. Is he being brought to SD/ECW soon? Edit: Dammit, he got the title back two days ago Seems he's not out of storyline.
-
OMG, I'm seeing KHALI!~
-
Burke's injury? Have I missed something, when had he got that injury? Edit: Nvm, just checked Wiki. That sucks :/

It's funny how Kidman "won" the tag team titles in 2008, according to the alumni http://www.wwe.com/superstars/wwealumni/billykidman/376954

Mr. McMahon "dead" - Now for the "whodunit" angle.

Yea, Funaki "turned on Jimmy Wayne Wang" in one of the latest house shows, so he must be it! On a more serious note, I'm still betting on the guy Nate showed. -
Any more information? What is DCW, another WWE dev. territory?

I'd actually prefer heel Punk... I'm getting more and more irritated with the mainstream look Punk is receiving from the creative, starting with totally dropping Anaconda vice and moving to the finisher with the easy-to-remember name - GTS. GTS reminds me of FU
