Kill it as in they just want it thought of as the 3rd part of WWE that is different than the other 2.......people have this highly romantisized view of ECW and obviously the WWE isn't going to do things that way.... Also Heyman probably does lobby hard for RVD seeing as that is his guy. I agree that people have a highly romanticized view of ECW. Like some of the people in this thread. They act as if Vince is ruining ECW. They don't understand, this is really only ECW in name only. This is just the same old WWE programming you see every week, just with a different name and every week you'll get one or two bad uninteresting 'hardcore' matches every week. BTW, this show sounded terrible. I was unhappy to see them have Punk get pinned first.

It doesn't bother me. Outside of CM Punk, I don't care about anyone in ECW. Even the old ECW guys. So if he wins tonight, I won't be upset.

That reminds me. I hate that new Gwen Stefani song. It's our own fault, though. We made all of the weird pop songs from her first album big hits. This will probably be a hit too. If Fergie's London Bridges can be a hit this can too. This new song is stupid enough to be a Fergie song, actually. But I hate it, it's awful. Yodelling has no place in modern pop music. And enough with the Japanese girls dancing in your videos. Whew. I feel better now.

The only thing I know about Nativity is that it's about Jesus and there's controversy around it because the 16 year old they got to play Mary is legit pregnant. Maybe with the Christ child, I don't know.

I'm so bored with "random heel in feud with Undertaker is scared of his spooky supernatural powers". That's every Undertaker feud since Wrestlemania XX. I don't think there is anyone in the company who's feuds are more cookie cutter than his.

Agreed. Some people are acting like Sony personally slighted them. If you don't like their products just don't buy them. But cheering for their failure is kind of silly.

I don't know. Having someone stick a thermometer up your bum and then just leaving you with your ass hanging out (literally) seems like a good reason to get pissed off. And I think they have shown over the last few weeks that Tritter himself has serious problems. He doesn't seem to just be a guy trying to make a point, he's one of those asshole cops who probably enjoys screwing around with people so when it's done to him he can't take it and goes a little crazy trying to get that person back.

At this point the Sony hate is just silly. I don't openly want any of these systems to fail. I want them all to be successful in order for each separate company to continue to compete with one another.

Oh, so it was just like every other attempt at comedy by the WWE. To be fair, some of the Austin/Angle stuff from a few years ago was pretty funny. It doesn't work if you have to go back in time to like five years ago to find good stuff.

Lord of the Curry will lead the uprising. Wasn't Charles Manson's plan to trigger a race war and lead the blacks to a victory over the whites, and thus become the powerful leader in the aftermath? Not quite. He thought blacks were inferior but would eventually win the race war, but because they were inferior he would be able to become their ruler. He had his Family kill Tate because that was supposed to start the war, he thought blacks weren't capable of starting it on their own they needed someone to do it for them.

Yeah Eric did introduce Eugene as "Eugene Dinsmore". No one remembers that. I didn't until you mentioned it. Most fans only know him as Eugene.

Starting immediately? I hope so. I usually watch Jericho but it's on hiatus, and this would be a good chance for me to catch up on this show, since I always miss it on Tuesdays.

I don't think he's doing this because he wants House to get clean. If you listened to some of his speeches tonight, there was an eerie similarity in the type of horrible person that he says House is, and the type of person he himself was acting like in his crusade to get House. And even if rehab is all the legal punishment House gets, he has already made House suffer all sorts of pain, phsyically (because he can't get his pills), in his job (pain affecting his judgment, other staff afraid to be associated with him), and in his personal life (Wilson's betrayal). He has already damaged House's life a lot more than the other guy did in season 1.

This may be the best episode of the season. Tritter (is that his name?) really comes across as a vindicative bastard, House is going to hell without drugs, and the story with the girl was incredible. Looks like Wilson is going to testify against House!

My family celebrates both. But it's mostly cause Christmas is really secular now. You can celebrate Christmas and just have it be a day where you give gifts to people and celebrate family togetherness without it being about religion.

Right. The serious danger is that you have lymph nodes all throughout your body so lymphoma cancer can spread easier to other organs. This is very sad news.

First off, we don't know if any of these rumors are true. Who knows if he was really fooling around with Melina or anyone else. But I would probably give the wife the benefit of the doubt. It's not like wrestlers aren't known for being scumbags who screw around on their wives / girlfriends all the time when they're on the road.
