Everyone should fill out feedback and questions to him on the form provided. I asked why Conway switched from the "Ego Trip" to a top rope elbow that he takes forever stabilizing himself for.
-
Quite!

It was in a huge thread about wrestling urban legends on the DVDR boards last year <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had that saved under Favorites, and only got through the first 35 pages or so of a 100+ page thread. Apparently it is no longer up.

Why has no one posted "Eye of the Tiger" from the Rocky movies soundtrack???

You forgot the Co-GM era of Austin and Bischoff. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't put it in the post, but Bischoff never stopped being GM during that time. He has been there since he was first named. Smackdown has had several replacements. That was my point.

I'm assuming that is how JBL referred to Batista in an earlier promo, not a catchphrase that Batista came up with.

I think the booking of the nWo vs. Austin/Bradshaw was actually going to go somewhere, but things were screwed up around that time. Raw was dealt a bad hand in that era. Nash debuted and tore his bicep (IIRC). Kane was set up for a big push and tore his bicep (IIRC). Bradshaw was gearing up for a big push and tore his bicep (IIRC). Austin walked out. Nash made a comeback and tore his quad in his first match. Flair was secretly working with the nWo, and setting up Austin in the process. The booking was way screwed, though.

This is totally from memory, but Flair was only owner of Raw. Vince owned Smackdown. When Vince won total control of WWE by beating Flair (The night Austin walked out), Flair went back to being just a wrestler, and for a while HHH would ridicule him, which led to Flair's heel turn (after a very short run as a face) and siding with HHH. McMahon introduced the GM's after winning 100% back and for Raw it was Bischoff, for Smackdown it was Stephanie McMahon. Since then, Smackdown has had Paul Heyman, Kurt Angle and Teddy Long as GM's, and Bischoff has stayed the entire time. And I'm not considering guest GM weeks, like Coach and those that won Survivor Series.

It made me smile because it meant I was right to expect it. I was thinking at the start of the interview that HBK would say he screwed Bret and that a great way for him to get heat would be to make the fans think Bret was coming out. The only way it would have been better was if he did it in Calgary. Of course, there might have been a riot if he did.

How about this for Bischoff? I posted this on June 24th, and thought of it when this thread was posted: To further expand on the idea, maybe he could announce the return of Raw to USA, saying he got Raw a better television deal on a cable channel that is available in more homes (KAYFABE). He could say it made Raw much more profitable. Vince would reward him with a promotion. When the new GM comes in, that person could bring in a new set, new theme song, and be impartial. It could revitalize the show with all these minor changes.

Kazarian's webmaster posted about his release on his site, www.thefuturefrankiekazarian.com. "Frankie Kazarian has parted ways with World Wrestling Entertainment as of Saturday evening. Kazarian wishes WWE all the best in their future endeavors. We'll have an official statement from Frankie right here this week. Thank you again for all your continued support." I LOVE~ how he wished them well in their future endeavors like they always do with people they part ways with!

If he beats Hogan, goes further heel, and beats everyone he faces for awhile, he could give a rub again. Raw is in Montreal this Monday, so you know he will be heading into SS as more of a heel than Hogan.

I'm not a computer genius, so this might not be the problem. My computer had a similar problem a year or so ago, and it needed a new power supply. I suggest he find a cheap computer repair store and have them check it out.

I agree with the picks of Shelton and RVD, but my number one pick would be Rob Conway. Wait, I have reasons for this!!! When Conway first debuted, most of us liked his potential and thought he could develop into a great wrestler. He had paid his dues in OVW and apparently put on a good show down there. He instantly made La Resistance a good tag team when he started wrestling as half the team, and they were good with either partner alongside Conway. We have also heard how he stood toe to toe with Benoit in workouts, so he obviously busts his ass training. He also stated in an interview that he wants to pattern his career after Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, as they did tag team wrestling, held the secondary titles, then won the world title. He also wants to make a name for himself as a good worker. So, I was thinking that Conway's look and attire is kind of in the same fashion as HBK's during his IC-level run. If Conway works his way into getting the IC Title in a few months and has a good run with it, he could draw some comparisons to HBK by the announcers. Then after dropping the title, Michaels could solidify him as an upper-midcarder.

For some reason I have never been impressed with the Rolling Somoan Crash. Not when Finley did it, not when Storm did it, and not even when Batista did it.

I agree that the C4 should be used on a select few. If he prepared with a larger opponent, and they busted it out in a big time PPV match, it would most definitely get a "HOLY SHIT!~" chant. If he uses it often or as his finisher, it wouldn't have the same feel.

For some info on Hindu Squats, search the WWE Folder for Daivari getting injured while training with Benoit and Conway.

I didn't post what I was thinking with that last line. I like where they are headed with gameplay and features. I wanted those "Wish List" items added to the current product, which looks great and has a pretty good engine. Not as good as No Mercy, but I'll take it.
-
I like the Destroyer and I find it plausible. I'm saying that the C4 is more believable than The Canadian Destroyer as someone brought it up earlier.

Piper's shirts and catchphrases were the drizzling shits in WCW.

Looks good, but what I keep asking for year after year will sadly never come to life. I want to be able to have "free reign" over my wrestler. If I want to interfere in a match, I should be able to. If I want to cut a promo before or after my match, I should be able to. I should have opetions that don't limit me to 2 scenarios that I don't want to do in the first place. I think the booking should have continuity from show to show and lead to PPV's where at least 5 feuds are blown off/furthered. Yes, I would like to be able to be the "General Manager" of sorts, where I can book matches, and such (not talking about Bischoff or Teddy, just an add on option while I already play as a wrestler). And finally, I want EVERY belt currently on the roster to be in the game, as well as EVERY wrestler on the roster when the game was being made. If those things were made available, I almost guarantee that it would be the most profitable wrestling game of all time.

Up until 2 weeks ago, I worked for the state government as an Inspector II/Enforcement Agent for Alcohol Beverage Control Commission. I inspected bars, restaurants, gas stations/carryouts for complying with the state and local beer/liquor laws. I also worked undercover at the same type of locations (in a different region than the ones I inspected), and tried to make underage buys with an underage operative that I hired. I was hired on temporarily until an open position came about, but my time ran out and I have to wait on a permanent spot to come to fruition before I can go back. I am still getting paychecks until the end of this month, so I am currently writing a book, considering going back to being a bouncer for some cash flow, and scouring the area for a well-paying job that I wouldn't mind doing.

Maybe time travelers visit us all the time and they are viewed as UFO's and aliens.

Hey Stephen, will you find out where they were heading with his character doing the terrosrist thing and fill us in? After the backlash it caused and they claimed that you would see it wasn't terrorist related, I figured they would have a few white wrestlers shown to be under the masks, one of which was Randy Orton, who would be revealed after landing an RKO on Taker to Help Hassan win.
