So how is it we found out he was three years older? His website has his birthday at 1/18/69, which would make him 36. Also, his kids are listed as 12 and 14 from a previous marriage, and a 19 year-old stepdaughter.

I second the move to Smackdown. I thought up a character tweak that might do wonders for him. It is pretty well-known that he has fallen off the radar, and loses almost all of his matches. Why not have the announcers beat that into our heads for a few weeks, while pointing out that he still busts his ass in the gym and the ring. Then one match, BAM, he hits this new finisher out of nowhere and gets the win. Next week, the finisher gets him another win. Venis is now a threat if he can get this new move in a match. Could get Venis over as a plucky face that has worked hard to get back competitively, and also gets a finish over instantly. As for the new finisher, I have no idea.

I was there the exact same week. I think I left Saturday. I completely forgot about Nitro Spring Break until after I was home. I had the advantage of staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Hotel, which is right next to La Vela. The wrestlers stayed at our hotel, and were visible all day and all evening. They were doing promotions on the beach and all that. I can't be exact, but I'm pretty sure the last Nitro was shot in the parking lot of the hotel, not at La Vela like years before.

The only thing I hate about that night was that I was at Panama City Beach for Spring Break the week prior, and had to leave on Sunday, the day before the last Nitro. I won the Mr. Nitro Contest, and probably would have been in the highlight package they did on that show, but I had to go back because of school. I did get to meet and drink with a lot of the wrestlers that week, though.

I immediately thought of HHH hiring Warlord to try to take out Batista. Batista was a huge fan of Warlord before getting into the business.

I don't think there's any way that Akio is 23. He's gotta be a couple years older than that.

By who and for what purpose?

I don't get TNA PPV's, and would like a name and further info on the submission that Daniels put Styles in during the IronMan. It was like a crossface, but using his own leg as a fulcrum to grab. All of the highlights just showed extreme closeups, and I couldn't see the full move.

One thing that sucks for Matt besides his g/f and friend betraying him is that if he was originally pencilled in for this ladder match as was reported, he has now lost out on a WM paycheck because someone fucked his girlfriend. What logic!

Okay, I am a veteran of Panama City Beach spring breaks. I even won the Mr. Nitro contest right before the final Nitro, which was from PCB. I stayed right next to La Vela at the Boardwalk Beach Resort, which is an awesome place. But I have WAY too many stories to get into right now. Here are some things to consider: If you are going to Atlanta, then through Alabama to get there, be extremely cautious on 431 South past Eufala. Eufala is a beautiful little town that has southern plantation homes complete with the columns and everything. Makes you feel like you are back in time. However, about 15-20 minutes past that is the worst road I've ever been on. Within 31 miles of two-lane road, there were 36 crosses marking where people died. The next year we went down, there were 39, I believe. The "houses" on this stretch are dalapidated shacks and those silver bullet trailers. It is the most poverty stricken stretch of highway I've ever been in. This road was featured in Maxim as one of the five most dangerous highways in THE WORLD! Now it has been 3 years since I have been there, and they may have the four-lane bypass completed, but I highly doubt it. When I went, I took $2,000 with me. Take traveler's checks instead of cash. You will probably not need that much money, but you have to consider jail, car problems, getting kicked out of your hotel, all kinds of things. Speaking of jail, if you get caught doing anything down there on spring break, you get community service of picking up trash on the beach and streets. You will pay a steep fine and have to do the community service, but unless you get busted for something big, you probably won't go to jail. The package you got sounds decent, but unless the card you got is the Gold Card, you should definitely look into getting one of those. They were selling for $50-$100 down there, but we got them free at our hotel. If you want to make some extra cash, buy beer for under 21 kids. A huge Walmart is close to La Vela, and we bought a lot of cases of Natty Light. While waiting to check in, I sold two cases for $20 a piece. Either sell some of the beer you have, or just go buy it for someone when they ask. There will be all sorts of booths on the beach giving away free shit. In order to get shirts, video game demos and all kinds of cool shit, you have to fill out a credit card application. A good thing to do is fill out false info, but they will ask you to repeat everything. Here's a trick....change the last number in each sequence of your social security number to a repeating number. If your social is 224-58-8174, change it to 226-56-8176. Give a telephone number of something easy to remember like a hometown pizza joint or something, and just say you don't have your ID with you because you're on the beach. These booths are awesome, and I met Jenna Jameson and watched her finger herself right on the beach at her booth. You can score some big time shit at these places. If it's not too late, look up Toomey's Mardi Gras online and go to there online store. I got 12 GROSS of beads for around $50. That is 144 dozen beads. Make sure to hit up the foam party (Hammerhead Fred's???) but wear something you don't mind getting ruined. I wore swim trunks and one of the free t-shirts I got off the beach. Great place to hook up, and be sure to take beads to the party. La Vela charged $20 to get in, and you have to wait inline for an hour or more most of the time. You figure out if that's worth it, because there are going to be drunk horny girls at much cheaper bars. If I think of anything else, I'll post it. And if anyone wants to hear some of the stories, they are pretty awesome.

Trish's are not real unless she has the world's best push up bras. I know she wears push-ups to make them stand out more, but she was virtually flat-chested before she came to WWE. A guy I used to work with went to the Arnold Classic every year, and he had pics of her that show her in all her flatness.

I was there live and I definitely would have had Jericho go over. Not sure if I would have had Book win, but H shouldn't have gotten the 3 after waiting that long to pin him.

Actually, I believe he was hired to make tights for wrestlers at one point, so that statement has some fact behind it.

You don't have to listen too close. That was probably what was airing on Raw at the time. So who do you think the guy was backstage if not Kanyon?

While watching the video again on wwe.com, I also saw an exclusive of Stevie Richards receiving medical attention for his nose. Is that Kanyon in the background? Sure looks like him.

It just hit me tonight how we kind of have a "new age" Rock and Austin (hear me out) in the WWE right now. They said Cena and Benoit could have a rivalry like Austin and the Rock, and I immediately thought of how they are pushing Cena's character as anti-establishment with "banned" merchandise, and Batista as a well-dressed, cool customer. I don't think they are carbon-copies or anywhere near as good at this time, but I think they are giving them a hint of those characters.
