They really could have some good character development on Raw right now if they had good writers. The thing I mentioned with people telling Punk he is their last chance, and until then, people telling Kofi he is the top dog since he holds the highest belt. Kofi is just happy-go-lucky, though, and cracks under the pressure of having to carry a show because he is not ready for that.

Punk should cash in the MITB on Edge during the wedding. Vickie finds out about the sex tape with Alicia Fox, low blows Edge and hits him with something. Punk is there with a ref and we have a new champ.

That would be choice if they kept showing everyone getting behind Punk on Raw, telling him he is the only chance they have to get a World Title back. When he succeeds, all the hype has gotten to his head, leading to his "i am better than you" heel turn.

Edit---After research, I see that many people think a 10 minute mile is a great time. I disagree, but the consensus tells me otherwise. It wasn't just your comment. People have been throwing the 2001 year around in these conversations. I know that my original name, Imarkout4chrisdaniels, was at Rantsylvania, and it was a long time before Daniels was on TV (January 2001). The name was almost Imarkout4algreen, as I just wanted a random nobody for the name. I had never even seen a Daniels match when I made that name. I had just seen pictures and heard of him.

Off topic: I seem to remember Rantsylvania being around in 1999 or 2000. is this wrong? Was it 2001? I am basing this memory off of where I lived during those years, as I lived in three separate dwellings in those three years. Okay, we discussed how great the HBK/Batista angle was, and it is not technically over in my opinion, just on the backburner for a bit. Jericho got involved, and now he and HBK are feuding. Last night, Flair showed up; Triple H got involved due to his ties to Shawn and Ric; Vince interjected himself; and Lance Cade ran in at the end. Triple H is feuding with Cena, and Cena was attacked at the end of the show. Cade recently turned on Murdoch, and while I don't see him getting involved in this, it certainly wouldn't be hard to do. This is the first time in what seems like forever that we have a good angle that keeps involving more and more people and has a big effect on the roster as a whole. I have always felt that storylines like that were something that needed to be done to get casual fans to become hooked. This could go in so many directions right now, it's not funny. Here is who we have so far: Ric Flair Batista Shawn Michaels Chris Jericho Triple H John Cena Lance Cade Vince McMahon Don't forget that they were setting up Orton and Batista to either team up or feud before Orton broke his collar bone. I imagine that he was going to be a part of this in a big way due to his remarks about Flair and Triple H holding them back. Several people in the Raw thread remarked that Cade was a student of HBK, and they could get that aspect of the angle going. So far, I like what I am seeing, and I hope this continues to branch off. What do you think?
