Well, that worked last year due to most of the posters involved not knowing there was a tournament. I asked Smues to do that, and it helped me set up the AOL exchange with Deon as I pretended to be HTQ. I dont think it would work this time due to most of the posters complaining about what is being said about them this year.

I received some questions and comments from some of the posters in this tournament about my comments during voting. Roho missed the sarcasm and joke and thought I was really trying to give constructive criticism. Chazz came across as a good dude that would legitimately like to be a better poster in his pm to me. Due to the concerns that some of these posters have, I've decided not to berate anyone or make harsh statements that are not true just to put these posters down. I will only comment briefly on why I am picking one over the other. Sorry to have offended anyone. Here are my picks for round three. Definitely Not Hot Young Wang Region 1. Goldengreek 2. TaigaStar Goldengreek is just completely unaware of how this board works. I think he's unaware that striving for 3.4% bodyfat and a caramel skin tone so 19 year old girls you buy shots for will sleep with you quicker is not the meaning of life. His douchebaggery is untouched on this board (which is scary), and he's too fucking dumb to realize it. The fact that he thought his taste in wrestlers was why he was going to be in this tournament was the icing on the cake. TaigaStar's self-loathing got old in her first post, but she's got every right to hate herself. She brings nothing to the table on the board or in life, and we are no doubt paying for her well-being through taxes. You also had that period where you crafted your posts into pseudo-headlines (not your threads...posts within someone else's threads) where you would use a large, bold font. You also tried to scoop everyone else on the wrestling board by copying news and pasting it before anyone else did. Your haste to do so caused you to make posts without checking to see if it had already been posted. When you were called on it, you got snappy and waved off the fact that you can't see every post that is made. However, when someone posted something you already posted, you amde sure to let everyone know that you had the scoop and complained that we were already discussing said news item. Is it too late to change the rules? I think the final four should all have some sort of "punishment." If it's only Bug Jars, suspensions from certain folders, etc., that's better than nothing. I mean, what if Poster A loses by one vote to Poster B in the finals. They were this close (imagine me using my finger and thumb to denote a fraction of an inch in space) to being banned, yet they post all year with nothing lost and nothing learned. Also, a poster might narrowly lose their semi-final, but would have steamrolled through the finals had they won.

Yeah, if you try to send it out of their specified time frame, it won't go at all. I sent in smack bad in the middle. Everyone got a text saying "expect a call..." but only a handful actually got the phone call. There's a glitch somewhere, and it might be with phone providers. Anyway, if you can get it to go through, it's pretty nifty.

I don't remember if we've discussed it, and can't be bothered with going all the way back to the first page to check, but HBo has a pretty decent website for this show. You can customize a message to be sent to a friend from Kenny Powers. After telling a couple of things about them, the message is formulated and can be previewed on the site. The only problem I have had is that not everyone got the actual phone call, just a text message saying to expect a phone call from Kenny Powers soon. If it works for you, though, it's pretty awesome.
