Are you suggesting that Cyber Mark changes his name way too often?
-
Okay, makes sense. However, you should probably learn different ways to train each muscle group so you can become comfortable doing those as well. If you see someone else doing something, ask them to show you, or ask one of the people working in the gym.
-
During your career, did you come up with any moves, angles, spots, etc. that are famous? I would love to see you come back and be involved with Edge for at least a mini-feud. Do you have any desires to do that?

I think the story is that Funaki was a huge HBK mark in Japan and they became friends when he came to the WWF and got a chance to meet him.

If you continue to lift in the same way, that is the exact opposite of muscle confusion. It is not just changing the order of your routine, it is doing something totally different. Doing it because you are comfortable doing it should tell you that your body has adapted to the workout. Remember, you are in the gym to get in shape, not show everyone how easily you can do certain lifts. Come up with something totally different for several weeks.

Remember that Friendly and the others used theatrics and disguises when they appeared to people, though. Richard could have been using a similar tactic. Friendly used a fake beard. Richard has just been Richard when we've seen him in past flashbacks, save the long hair when Ben was young. Either he's immortal/ages slowly or he can time-travel. That's not quite what I meant. I meant that the "longer hair and different clothes" could be explained by a slight disguise he was using at the time. I am aware that he either does not age or travels through time.

That idea has been around for anyone on a workout routine for decades. If you keep doing the same things over and over, of course your body will adapt and not have to work as hard.

So if she offered you to fuck her for a penny, you would decline?

I'm glad you're okay, KOABaddrivingdecisions.

Funny, Kamala. I am not a proponent of genocide due to a certain sect not being up to par with my own beliefs. I just think that the dumbass should have to go through what he is doing to these harmless animals. I am a huge dog afficianado, and it kills me to see them mistreated.

If the person in question that was pushed out of his crew is someone local, I'll keep you guys informed. Mayo was born and raised in Huntington until he left for Ashland, KY and Cincinnati, OH for more exposure. He came back here for his senior year, and all of his family are still here. This sill be the talk of the town because there are people that would put a bullet in the informant's head in a second with the neighborhood that Mayo grew up.

Okay, put on your thinking caps before reading this one. Reds vs. Mets, Corey Patterson is supposed to lead off the 9th inning. David Ross goes to bat instead (both were late inning substitutions). Ross flies out to the warning track. Patterson then comes to the plate. Jerry Manuel alerts Willie Randolph that the two batters were mixed up and should have batted in the opposite order. The umps confer for 5 minutes, and rule that the out would be charged to Patterson, and Ross will now bat. The Mets defenders are holding up to fingers all around to state that there are two outs, yet the official scorer, the announcers, etc. maintain that there is only one out. Ross singles up the middle. Now, the umps have taken an additional 10 minutes to try to figure out if they got it right or not, and how many outs there are. They just now ruled that they had it correct, there is one out, and Ryan Freel is now batting. What the Mets were claiming was Patterson should be automatically out for not coming to bat. Ross, batting in his normal spot in that line of thinking, then flew out. They were maintaining that Freel should have been up with two outs. Not sure if they will go over this on Baseball Tonight or anything, but the significance is that not only did a couple of Reds players get it wrong, so did the manager and coaches. Horrible, horrible job at managing a game. Edit---In the post-game interview, Dusty said this is the second time this has happened to him. He isn't talking about the double switch fiasco in Chicago from a few years ago. He said when he was a player, the lineup card was different from what they told him and some others and he batted in place of Ron Cey and hit into a force out. Cey was ruled out as the batter of record, Dusty batted again and hit a three run homer.

This is utterly fucking ridiculous. I have no toleration for people who abuse dogs, but this goes further than that. If you gain fame and have more money than you could ever need, why continue to do things like rappers or athletes constantly get themselves in trouble over? Selling coke, shooting people, fighting dogs for money, etc. What is the point? This is just sheer stupidity. Give me a paltry million dollars, and you better believe I won't be doing dumb shit like this. And for the cruelty to dogs, I think the should put him in a cage and have him fight to the death. If he doesn't put up a good performance and lives, they should beat him or kill him and bury him in the prison yard.

Back in '01 or '02, I ate pretty much nothing but grilled chicken, cans of tuna (drained, nothing added), and protein bars, drank a couple gallons of water each day, and played basketball in the gym with the adolescents where I worked. I would inevitably break my diet occasionally to eat a meal loaded with carbs or eat an ice cream or something to keep myself from dying. Still, I lost 21 pounds in two weeks. After that, it was a more gradual loss until I dropped another 22.

After this post concludes, I will be trying something new for myself. For the period of one month, I shall only post one word for each of my posts. I think this will be both hard to do and highly unnecessary at the same time. Here are the rules I am setting for myself: 1) The word I post has to sum up my thoughts one the topic or post I am responding to. 2) I cannot use multiple posts to construct a sentence. 3) I must make at least 5 posts per day from midnight to midnight EST. 4) If I fail at any time to comply with my rules, I will quit the board forever.

Belisle and Arroyo are the starters in the doubleheader today for the Reds. We're going to have to score 50 to have a chance.

Miami is my team, so I am biased, but I expect them to win 5 or 6 games this year. If Ronnie Brown is healthy, he should put up some good numbers. He was doing great last year behind a horrible line, and Miami's line should be much better this year. A better line means more time for the QB's, and I would expect slightly better play from the QB this year over last year's stats. There were a few big bodies added to help stop the run, but the secondary is stil suspect at best. Still, I think they will be far from horrible.

This episode just solidified that Jacob or the island itself prevents the death of those who are needed to serve his/its purpose. Thinking back about Michael not being able to be killed, Locke surviving that long fall, etc., people die when they are no longer needed, not until.

If all else fails, Venk, you may want to threaten to burn the arena to the ground if they don't let you in. It should work.

So I was at happy hour at my favorite bar here in Huntington and Ahmad Bradshaw came in. Several people were hanging off his nuts and making a big deal about it, but I could give a shit less. I knew him before he made it to the NFL. He was a fuckstick then, and he is no doubt just a fuckstick with money now.

I would be on the phone with them and demand they be overnighted to you immediately if they have not been shipped out already. What did you select as your shipping method? I'm sure they have a tracking number and can tell you when the tickets will be there if they have been shipped.

It looks like a good program. How did you "buy" it?
