He complained about how late all of us were having dinner.

Overall, it was a very solid Mania, with no match being subpar in my opinion, including Kane squashing Chavo in emphatic fashion. However, it was almost ruined for me with back to back booking decisions I didn't like. I thought the ending spot was sick for the triple threat match, but I totally wanted Cena to kick out and have the match go another 3-4 minutes. I felt like it could've been that much better if they would have had a little more time. I also wanted Triple H to win the match. Right afterward, we had a really good Mayweather/Show match, but again, I didn't think it should have ended where it did. I think Show should have gotten up at 7 or so from the brass knucks, but still be really dazed. Another punch from Mayweather would have then done it. I think it would have helped Show even more as a monster. The reason I started feeling bad about the show at that point was the fact that no one was seeming to get that big revenge win at Mania, which is a staple of the show. Finlay didn't beat JBL, no one beat Orton, and Mayweather didn't get his cocky mouth shut. It was by no means a bad show or even an average show; it was very, very good, but I think it could have been even better with some slightly different finishes.

You could do that in Huntington, too. We could plan an elaborate heist at one of the many pawn shops in the area.

Anything good happening?
-
What? Obviously if they plan something, it would be a spoiler. I'm not just talking about this instance, but anything in general.

His name is Dwayne. Wade Keller can't even get a name right. Does anyone listen to him anymore? He has been known to not be so reliable, so I would wait to see if Maltzer has similar news. However, I would not be surprised that WWE and its individuals had that reaction to The Rock.

Also, Happy Birthday, George Feeny, hope it's not your last!

Shit, I know this one, but I can't remember who it is. He has discussed the drinking thing several times.

Sorry to derail your thread, Cheech. Let's get it back on tack.

I nominate Huntington, WV as the host city.

Oh, then forget what I said.

Looking forward to Raw tonight to see how they lay out the post-Mania scenarios. I am going out on a limb and guessing Jericho turns heel tonight, possibly after Punk beats him for the title.
-
Well, it was number 607 when I used that joke.

Happy Birthday old man.

Short delay for the Reds game, which I am heavily anticipating. I closed up shop at work and came home to enjoy the game. Hopefully it will be a good game, as it's Aaron Harang vs. Brandon Webb.

I just ordered the show in HD. Going to grab some beer and wait for people to start showing up. Not sure how many people will be here, but at $5 a head, Mania is going to be very reasonable for me this year if only 5-6 people show up.

You are going to have some backwater places just lik in every state. However, the majority of the state is not actually backwater. Where I live, rent is pretty steep. I just have a gentleman's agreement with my landlord that rent will never raise while I am here. When I move out, he is raising the rent to close to $900.

FORMAT First, discuss the topic and talk about anything you want to say about it. Anything that crosses your mind about the topic, say it. If you have a lot to say, that's even better. Then, and only then, drop down and answer the 5 questions that are here as an addendum. This is not as good if you only answer the questions that I provided, because those are just things I came up with. Think of them as bonus questions. TOPIC Okay, let's get down to business here. Cheech thought it would be good if I posted a Town Hall with a Wrestlemania theme this week due to it being Wrestlemania weekend in a couple of days. I want to know how important you think it is for a wrestler to have a memorable match at Wrestlemania. Wrestlers are defined by the memories they leave behind them, and fans fondly recall matches that blew them away. It has been tradition for Wrestlemania to have some of those big moments or matches, as they want to keep Wrestlemania as the "Granddaddy of Them All." So this week in our Town Hall, we're talking big Mania matches! How important are they? Additional Questions 1. What wrestler has had the most memorable Mania matches for you? 2. Has anyone been "made" from a Wrestlemania match? If so, whom? 3. What match do you think of first when you think of a big Mania match? 4. How important is a memorable entrance for a match at Mania? How much does that add to the feel of the match? 5. Who has had the best Mania entrance that has added to the feel of the match?

I've not had enough instances of clocking a bitch in the face while she was coming at me with a knife to find a consistent answer of whether or not I would docuument it with pictures. -

You are most likely not aware, dx, but there is a separate predictions thread. Post your predictions, there, too.

I know, I know. It's just that Matt believes what Leena says abotu Czech. I was just joking, but I understand...I would never want to be compared to Matt Young.

Kreese = Matt Young?
