This was mentioned on PTI on ESPN. TNA did manage to get mentioned during the segment, as both of the substitute anchors asked what TNA was, and mentioned that they must be the "Arena Football League" to the "WWF."

I approve of the Lohse/Maloney deal. Lohse is great when he's on, but sadly that is about 1/3 of the time. A lefty starter is always a good thing. Hopefully Maloney will develop into a decent starter in the bigs.

I'm watching the Reds pre-game show on Fox Sports Ohio, and they are showing fans' trade suggestions. I am embarrased that some of these fans root for the same team I do. Brandon Phillips and Scott Hatteberg to the Dodgers for 1B James Loney? WTF? Since I have been watching, there has not been one reasonable trade idea. Another trade was Griffey/Freel/Stanton to the Mariners for Adam Jones and Wladamir Balentein. Granted the two M's outfielders are studs, but you already have Josh Hamilton and Jay Bruce as future outfielders. The glaring problem, though, is why the fuck would the Mariners agree to that trade? Adam Dunn to the DBacks for Brandon Webb? Are you kidding me? There is no way they would give up Webb for Dunn.

Tell me about it! That was what I was talking about with you in the thread last night. Belisle is consistent with working 4-5 innings, giving up hits, and typically 4-5 runs during those innings. The bullpen actually did better than usual last night, but they still gave up an insurance run. Griffey came a few feet from tying the game, but most likely they would've stretched their horrible bullpen to the limit and lost in extras. When Harang starts, the shitty bullpen is there for two innings max.

Pitching has been good so far*, but not exactly a hitting clinic. Belisle is the epitome of "shaky," and this is the norm for him against just about anyone. *Edit---In response to the Brewers putting on a pitching clinic. I didn't mean Belisle had been good so far.

Griffey is putting on a clinic in RF tonight. He had a long run for an over-the-shoulder catch at the wall, and then had a spectacular diving catch complete with a throw from his knees to get the ball back in to double off a runner.

I would just like to point out that Luke-O has the second longest finger in the world next to Keenon Ivory Wayan's version of Arsenio Hall.
