I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Pickler got a boob job. I was watching it w/ some friends and most of them thought it was just the outfit that made her boobs look bigger. Wrong. I can't get into this season, so far. Last year I liked Chris as a singer and McPhee to look at. This year - so far I've got nothing. Lakisha and Melinda are good singers but both are ass ugly. It's tough.

You know - as a Marlins fan I probably respect Juan Pierre more than most... but that contract, wow. If I were a Dodger fan, I'd be furious about it. $11M a year for Pierre is just silly.

Keep in mind w/ Bard that the BA rankings are a mixture of stats and scout evaluations or potential. Bard still ranks high w/ the scouts and his potential is considered high. Or maybe I'm just defending him because he was a Tarheel... I'm not sure.

The highlight for me, so far, has been seeing Chris Volstad w/ the big club. I used to collect baseball cards and when Volstad was drafted I went nuts buying up his rookie cards. I spent almost $2000 on a variety of them. A few months later I was able to flip them all for close to $6000 (when Chris was ranked high on the 2006 BA Top Prospects list). I feel like I just really want this guy to succeed and all. I still have an autographed baseball of his because I happened to end up talking to Chris' high school pitching coach one day. I sent him a ball and a few weeks later I got it backed autographed w/ Volstad's signature on it. I'm really hoping he makes it.

I've been watching the games. Heels look terrible. Bad shot selection, lack of motivation, poor decisions... you name it. I'm dying to know why Ty Lawson was benched for the first 10 minutes of the first half. Hopefully it will come out tomorrow.

I want to see it. Looks like a good way to blow an hour and a half.

Another thing I love about Mac: I bought a double pronged firewire and 3 hours later my entire hard drive was transferred from my iMac to my new MacBook. When I turned it on for the first time it even had my desktop background and my Adium buddy list popped right up. Very cool. I'm putting my iMac G5 up on eBay Sunday, which will be tough for me. I love that computer. I've seen similar used sell for about $900 in slightly worse condition and I'm including a wireless keyboard and mighty mouse so hopefully it works out. Sweet deal all around though.

Yeah... I got a big ol' linebacker frame (without the talent) so I need to do cardio as much as possible. 7 days a week would be ideal but I'm too lazy for that so 5 ends up being where it settles. Who eats it? I love it, and it's my snack every night. The bacteria help to regulate your system, as well. I get the big tubs of Dannon Free Vanilla and add granola from the whole foods section. Great, healthy, low calorie snack.
