Well... I ordered both of these products today. I spent the better part of my morning researching supplements and found one that looked a bit better "Hydroxycut Hardcore" but it honestly scared me and made think that using it would stop my heart. It didn't help that they had a scientific video that "proved" their claims but as a biochemist I wasn't really buying what they are selling. I'm not looking for any miracles. Just a little boost in my day to day life. If this works out well for me - I'll let everyone know. Interestingly, all of the websites that review supplements don't have much to say about Xyience. I think they have their UFC deal and not much else - but the ingredients in the products I ordered make sense and don't appear to be the least bit dangerous so I think I moved in the right direction.

Yeah, Matt, I'm well aware of that. The "too tired to go to the gym" comment was more along the lines of hoping that these pills do what they say and not only do a little help for your fat burning but keep you awake all damn day. I work long days but I'm a PhD student so I can come and go as I please and no one cares... so I usually do have time to work out everyday. Anybody use any of these things? I know we have tons of workout freaks here. Or did they all leave the board by now?

Anybody take any? I used supplements to great results when I played football in high school but that was almost 10 years ago (yikes). Haven't taken any since but the two I am looking at are the Xenergy weight loss/energy boost and the XM2 meal replacement protein shakes. Work has gotten too busy to always do things the optimal way and too many 12 hours days are often leaving me too tired to get to the gym so I'm hoping that these will help a bit. Anybody have any experience with these two? Or any others that may be good from Xyience?

I'm sad to see what's going on with Lost in terms of ratings and such. I'm loving this third season up until now and it certainly held my attention during the fall run just as well as it ever had. Hopefully people will come back around but they've still got me hooked.

I do believe he got the hell out of dodge just in time. He was leaving as he told "Kumar" to kill the son. which was 9:31, so he got about a 20 minute jump on the blast. He said he was going to the safe house, so I bet he had a bunker of some sort set up. You know, thinking about it... it's gonna be really sad when Chloe gets killed. No one lasts forever on this show.

It's probably a good point that Curtis isn't necessarily a goner but he had a vest on. From my view that bullet went right into his neck. I dunno.

Great first two, but really just a set up to tomorrow. Two great kills: Vampire Jack and Jack kicking the suicide bomber out of the back of the train leaving him to kill only himself. You can't blame ESPN for the Hasselbeck "SexyBack" song. It's one of the thousands of fansongs that idiots make across the country every year for every sport and for some reason ESPN decided to run this one on the air (which you can blame them for). But they aren't responsible for it being an actual song.

Yeah, so I lost my dog when my girlfriend and I broke up and I'm looking into getting a new one. I really want an English bulldog but I know they are associated with a large number of problems, including cost and health issues. I was just wondering if anyone here had one that could maybe give me some more information on just how much extra care they need and how bad (and costly) their health problems are.

Mariotti had a heart attack? When did this happen? (thanks to work I haven't seen ATH in awhile) On his way to cover Notre Dame/LSU (I think) he had bad chest pain on the flight. Once he got to New Orleans, it did not subside so they rushed him to the hospital where he had an emergency angioplasty. He's fine, so it's ok to joke about. He should be back on ATH in a month or so, from what I've read. Although I honestly can't stand him.

It's days like today that I am thankful that Jay Mariotti had a heart attack so I don't have to hear his bullshit on ATH. As for the story... yawn.

I actually think that's the plan. I'm about three years away from needing a phone like this, so I'm just glad the option for the phone will be there. But I just might need to get the 6th generation iPod then if it's in this same build.
