I have a 20gb iPod and about 3500 songs on it. It's about 3/4 full.
-
I just put what I heard. But you're right. 4 months makes more sense - 5 if the 'Stros make the playoffs. Considering this hasn't hit ESPN yet and is still in the media speculation stage... they probably just got it slightly wrong.
-
It's being reported by WFAN that Roger Clemens has signed w/ the Astros. 10.5 million for 3 months.
-
Well - if it's the first round you won't get the chance but otherwise... if you get the chance to see UNC you should go. Andrew Miller will be the #1 pick in the draft and his teammate Daniel Bard should also go in the top half of the first round. Two excellent pitchers.

A.J. Burnett was transferred to the 60 day DL today. Now if you'll excuse me... I have to go and find a pillow to weep into.
-
Go Heels. Ride Miller and Bard to the title!!
-
Man... it's about time Scott Olsen pitched like he did today. There's a reason the Marlins trotted him out as one of the faces of the team in the preseason but he was almost in danger of getting demoted. I have very high hopes for him.

The very first iPods ran on firewire. USB 2.0 stopped that, but yeah... That's all I got.

Worth watching just for the very beginning. http://youtube.com/watch?v=nFT-lyFN3BM MOM, You're not supposed to be in here!

Ok, Must Love Jaws was amazing.
-
This may be the only subpar year for the Angels. Morales is gonna be a star... so is Kendrick, without question. Wood, probably but he could flame out and Jered Weaver isn't look so bad either. They are set for the future.

bauercount.com Season 4 wins!
-
I was kinda hoping that wouldn't happen. I wanted to see the alternative.
-
I highly doubt they planned on getting captured. They could have just as easily been killed. I thought that was more of a "I'm ready when you are" signal.

A few other things: Desmond can't be dead. He didn't read his book yet. Why was Charlie so calm? There is definitely gonna be a flashback or shot of Charlie seeing them all afterwards. Either he's lost his mind or something happened that we haven't seen yet. Libby's husband = Dave. Hurley's imaginary friend = Dave.
-
Sorry, guys. I remembered the confrontation w/ John, but for some reason I thought that was before the part with Charlie. In retrospect - that makes no sense and I was just really wrong.

It's not him. And I really love how they set up seeds to make everyone think it's a psych experiment. Then they threw in the Pearl so that everyone could feel smart about themselves figuring it out. But that wasn't really it at all. Things that bother me: If Henry Gale truly is the leader - why would he PUT himself in danger? But I still don't think that Henry Gale is "he". I think he's higher up the ladder than Tom (Friendly) though, because he did sneer when he found out that they thought Friendly was "he." Eko is out on his own - roaming. He was clearly ahead of Charlie and closer to the exit when he pushed Charlie down. Charlie made it. Eko probably did too. Locke and Desmond? I don't know. Henry Gale to Michael: "Walt did prove to be more than we bargained for, so it's better for everyone that you get him back." or something to that effect. Looks like Walt's shinning is truly out of control. 4 toed statue? WHAT THE FUCK? Just when you think you're gonna figure stuff out - we're only scratching the surface.

I live in NY, so no big deal to me.
-
Well - I'm not just basing that on the Cubs series. Take away some bullpen meltdowns from scrubs like Messenger and Herges and the Marlins would have a much better record. Watching most of the games - you see the talent. It's looking more and more likely that Dontrelle is going to be dealt by the All-Star break and a trade with either the Diamondbacks or the Dodgers would only make the future brighter. It's hard watching your team taking it on the chin every night but when you know the future is so bright - it makes it a little easier.
-
I hope that everyone who is watching a Marlins game this season realizes they are watching the 2008 World Champions. These kids are gonna be scary good - playing exceptionally well (for the most part) a year or two before their projected dates of being ready.
-
Noteworthy: Marlins rookie pitcher Ricky Nolasco did more Monday — a homer and two RBI — than Pierre has done all year (no homers, two RBI). Marlins win the trade! Not to mention they got Renyel Pinto and Sergio Mitre for Pierre as well. Nolasco has #2 to ace potential.

The spoilers are bullshit. I'm calling it right now and it's a fact. They mention that the timer starts going crazy at 15 minutes. Isn't it already well established that the timer doesn't start going nuts until 8 minutes?
-
The Cavs are winning this game. BANK ON IT.
-
How could anybody even want to read that? You guys are crazy!

Curry, the preview also said that everything we thought we knew would be changed or something like that. So, they probably WILL answer all of those questions, and then change gears just like they did for this season. I agree w/ the awesomeness that was this episode. And next week is gonna be amazing. Alex is gonna end up sabotaging the others one way or another. I think it was Stephen Joseph who correctly predicted using Walt as a trap, so good job for that.
