Stallone gave a different version of the movie last night on the Contender. Dan Patrick asked him if he was going to fight and he said "of course." Look at George Forman, Thomas Hearns..."it's believable." He said the premise of the movie revolves around Rocky taking a charity fight as a publicity stunt and it blowing up in to something worse. So who knows.

I watched Penn State score and then Michigan drive down and score on the last play and nearly the same exact scenario in South Bend. I just feel priviledged to have seen both of the games. With the ALCS and the Peter Manfredo Jr./Sergio Mora rematch tonight - it's gonna be a good sports day.

That was an amazing episode. Between the humor throughout with Hurley and Charley as well as the character development - I just found it to be one of my favorites in a long time. I also find it funny that in the episode entitled "Everybody Hates Hugo" - Hurley ended up getting everyone to love him. The dream with Jin at the beginning was gold. I agree with whoever stated that Sawyer needs to donkey punch Ana-Lucia. Talk about an annoying cunt. Looking forward to next week.

Well - I think one of the really cool things about this is that these videos are transferrable to your iPod. If you have a 30-40 minute bus/train commute you can knock out an episode of your favorite TV show on your way to work. Amazing. The bad news Apple put out today was they upgraded and revamped the iMac G5, about 4 months after I bought mine. It's still at $1699 meaning that I could have had a better computer for the same price. Oh well. Damn Apple is always upgrading everything.

iTunes 6.0 released today. You can download episodes of any hit TV show. Episodes are $1.99. The complete first season of Lost is $35.00. This coincides with the release of the new 5th generation iPod that plays videos. Apple, taking over the world one day at a time.

Is anybody thinking that when the timer finally ticks off without being reset that it will end the episode and we won't find out what happens until next week? I can see myself being pissed off about that one and it probably won't happen for months yet. I think all of the stations are on the island as well - as they said the problems with the swan occurred at that particular point in the island - not just on the island itself.

Sorry if this is an ignorant comment, but I was flipping through the channels and caught a bit of this and the knees that Brandon Vera delivered to the face of the Brazilian guy to stop the fight had me gasping and pretty pumped. Is this a normal outcome? I haven't watched UFC since the days of Shamrock, Severn and Kimo, so I'm not sure what it's like anymore. I was certainly entertained by that bout, though.

I think making the connection between Jin/Sun and the man speaking for Dharma is wrong. My reasoning? The guy in the video looked Chinese to me - not Korean like Jin and Sun. Again, I'm just a white boy so I may be wrong, but I think my 5+ years at Cornell have left me a decent enough eye for this sort of discrimination. Just a suggestion.

What the hell is going on with Jin? That preview had me going all types of crazy. I've almost given up speculating at this point - it's getting impossible to predict. And yes, that was Rose in the pantry.

I'm pretty pumped. I'm just hoping that my puppy goes to sleep around 10 pm when I usually start watching Lost (the magic of DVR) so that I can watch it in peace.

My DVR failed and it didn't record. Please tell me I missed one that wasn't hilarious.

But seriously, he looked real good today. He threw a perfect ball to Jeremy Shockey for a TD and he put up the best game of his career. 120 rating, 4 TDs, 296 yards passing... I'm telling you guys, he's gonna be great.
