Damn it. Hopefully she's gone next week. I have a feeling we'll be seeing all female bottom 3s for another week or two. The guys are just so much better this year.

I met Dick Vitale before the UNC/Georgia Tech game. He came over the student section and shook hands and talked to us for a little bit. I thought he was a great guy.

This sounds like a great episode waiting to happen.

How can you like Mikalah? She makes me want to vomit everytime she sings. Her voice is GRATING. My man, Scott, worked it out tonight. He'll be sticking around.

Hey, I live in Carrboro, NC! It's about 2 minutes away from Chapel Hill. I would have gone to this show if I knew they were there and I don't even watch wrestling anymore.

^^^^^ Agreed.
-
That would be interesting.

At least he is realistic. I'm glad they won. Maybe it will shut up Jay Mariotti and Skip Bayless and all the other punks who said it was a disgrace they were in the tournament.

Poor October Blood... he stopped posting about the same time the Reds stopped winning - I guess the same could be said for Choken One. They were both so sure the Reds were gonna win the division. I hope Griffey stays healthy - it was great when he was in the homerun groove again last year and all of a baseball was energized by it, and then all of a sudden he gets injured AGAIN. It's good to see someone who still gives 100% on every play though.

Well, they still have the best staff in the NL and it's always seems to happen when you don't expect it. Who is to say they don't add a huge bat midseason and make the playoffs? Once they are in, their staff is good enough. I'm not saying that's what is going to happen, but you could easily justify a bet on the Cubs.

All right, we're not going to have this little sniping all season long. Everyone, stop needling Mik and Mik, stop egging them on by needling them back. Seriously, it's pathetic all around. Ya NYU...disagreeing with Mik = flame baiting. Go back and read what I wrote you fat little shut in, I didn't even mention the Marlins until someone brought it up.

Shall I try to guess who you feel should have gotten the best odds in the NL East? I'm a little surprised the Rangers are so high at 35-1. And the Nationals at 150-1 is absurd. You can guess all you want, but I would think the Braves should have gotten the best odds. Pussy. Sure. And try to keep the flaming away from the Sports folder. Show some civility Mik, please. Taking a second glance through the list, even more odds just look so questionable. Tigers at 15-1? Indians at 20-1? Seems off to me. I know you take every opportunity to look cool at my expense, but if you ACTUALLY go back and read all of my posts and not just the glaring ones that stick out, you'd see that I'm not a blind Marlins apologist. I'm a fan who is excited about the team for 2005, not some clueless putz who will espouse the greatness of whatever is there at the time. And thanks for asking to keep the flames away from the sports folder, even though you were obviously flame baiting. I'll be dealing with this all season, I'm guessing.

So what does this mean, exactly? More hit and runs and a higher ability to hit in the clutch?

Worst bet on the list is the Mets.

This is still on the first page.

Bob, Jack Johnson is the guy... not the band. He is also a successful film maker and was a professional surfer. He headlines his own tours and I'd put him on par popularity wise with John Mayer, maybe a little less so. As for SNL - the Sean Penn celebrity roast was hilarious. Seth's facial expressions during everyone's comments were solid gold.

I still can't believe Carolina lost to GA Tech. If they go out anywhere before the Final Four, I don't know how I am going to respond.

According to the imdb.com boards, the Rock turns bad half way through the movie and opposes the good troops led by Karl Urban (Eomer).

Justin Verlander will be in the top half of BA's top 100 next year - I almost can guarantee it. I think you shouldn't write off Kyle Sleeth either.

Let's not get carried away. For some reason, Roy had Sean May on the bench nearly the entire second half. They rallied when they needed to and that's all that matters. Every single bar in Chapel Hill was packed today for the game. I can't wait for the tournament.

Movies that have more footage after the credits

The Matrix Reloaded had the Revolutions trailer when it was in theaters. -
I wanted Constantine to leave too and I was bummed to see Nikko and Scott there at the end as they were two of my favorites. I'd rather Scott than Nikko though just because he's so awkward and hilarious. I'm hoping Mikalah is the first one out also but I don't think she will be.
