Now I will actually have a vested interest in both series. If the Red Sox win the ALCS, I will enjoy the world series no matter what. Obviously I want the Marlins in the series, but Cub/Red Sox is awesome too.

So many assumptions! I make one statement and all of a sudden my entire world is materialistic and plastic. Shit, dude, I'm still poor.
