I was thinking, if RVD is likely to leave, they should have him turn heel and feud with Lashley cuminationg in a match at WM. Heyman was opposed to rob turning heel before, but now he's out of the picture it' more likely to happen. And a match at wrestlemania would be a nice send off for RVD. RVD can play a good heel when he wants (remember the mr monday night gimmick in ecw?)

OAO Monday Night Raw Thread For 12/11/2006

I think they were thinking of moving him to ecw at one point. If he went there, or smackdown, he'd definetly have a more high profile role than he does now.

I thought he couldn't wrestle live under any circumstances? Even a brief spot at the rumble might be beyond him.

wrestlemania update from pwinsider elite The rumor last week of Batista facing Undertaker in a streak vs title matchup is very likely. The WWE is leaning towards giving The Undertaker his first Royal Rumble win due to their not being any young candidates like previous years. On RAW, it was reported that John Cena will go into Wrestlemania as champion with his opponent either being Triple H or Randy Orton. The WWE does not plan on turning either Cena or Triple H heel so it is likely Orton will face Cena at Wrestlemania. Look to see your new champs after WM 23 to be Undertaker and Randy Orton.

No Flair's been married to her for years and Beth is his second wife. It's been said that Beth only stayed with Flair for the money and they been sleeping in separate bedrooms for years. Flair's own wife wasn't riding on space mountain? Shocking!

With the kind of female hiring policy they've got going the locker room has either turned into high school or virtual brothel for the boys. Part of the reason they're hiring all the models is so the guys can have some hot girls to hit on (whether or not the models know this...)

Relationships between WWE wrestlers and Divas are at an all-time high according to PWTorch.com, with one source saying some move from partner to partner "like it's high school now; week to week it's different." Maria, for instance, was reportedly involved with Carlito before moving onto CM Punk. And Torrie Wilson, who recently separated from husband Billy Kidman, has already begun dating one of the Spirit Squad members. One longtime WWE talent actually believes that the backstage atmosphere in WWE could have played a part in Lita's disinterest in continuing with the company. Says the source, "It's a men's club, even with Steph around. The men are all knights in shining armour and the women are all seen as K-Feds." credit: Lordsofpain.net

  16. By Jeannette Walls MSNBC Updated: 9:34 p.m. ET Oct. 19, 2006 O.J. Simpson is confessing. Hypothetically, that is. The former football great, who was acquitted in criminal court 11 years ago of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, reportedly has been paid a whopping $3.5 million to write about the double murder that shocked and riveted the nation in 1994, according to a detailed report in the new National Enquirer. But Simpson is not actually confessing to the murder — rather, he’s writing a “hypothetical” book — which the Enquirer reports is tentatively being called “If I Did It.” The early part of the book tells how Simpson fell in love with Nicole and how the marriage collapsed, reports the tab. He goes on, according to the article, to describe in gruesome detail the killing of his ex-wife and Goldman; he stipulates that the murder scenes are “hypothetical.” But, notes the tab, the descriptions are “so detailed and so chillingly realistic” that readers are left with little doubt as to what really happened. Simpson can never be retried for the murders because of double jeopardy laws, according to the Enquirer, which also claims that Simpson aims to keep any book money instead of paying it out in a civil suit judgment against him by spending it all quickly.

Teen arrested for raping his mother

it gets worse http://www.waff.com/Global/story.asp?S=5610299&nav=0hBE Sand Mountain rape suspect now a suspect in the Shoals Less than a week after being arrested in his hometown of Albertville, Gary Helms Junior is in even more trouble. The 19-year-old, who is already accused of raping his own mother, now faces charges in Lauderdale county, according to detective Travis Clemons. "According to the victim here, he allegedly pushed her down, took advantage of her and raped her and since then even has been making threats" says Clemons. The investigator says his department had been looking for Helms for weeks, assuming he may be in the Boaz or Albertville area because of his most recent criminal history. Clemons says they finally got the break they'd been looking for on Thursday, "We found out he had been arrested in Albertville," added Clemons. The case in Lauderdale County apparently started at the new municipal park in Saint Florian, north of Florence. Clemons says Helms was in the area for an Oktoberfest event where he was working and operating rides for children when he allegedly met his 16-year-old victim. Helms is still in the Marshall County Jail where he is held on a $100,000 dollar bond.

How do you feel about Iraq?

Obviously, the army has the strength and numbers to get the upper hand in most situations, but brute force can only get you so far. And now it's been proven that military intelligence of the US is a completely useless. That doesn't really help matters. "Yeah, we have guys that have big guns and tanks and cause a ton of damage initially but we have no real tactics or laid out plans". Did the rest of the world know this already? Maybe, but we've eliminated all trace of doubt now. I think the US will find it more difficult to get it's voice heard on an international stage in the future. Not just because of the blood bath Iraq degenerated into, but because, frankly, an army that proclaimed itself to be the greatest in world found itself outmatched by a bunch of guys who had some petrol bombs and a thing for blowing themselves up. I'm not saying you'll suddenly get countries like China invading the U.S because they think the army is weak. But if you think for one minute the reputation of the miltary hasn't been damaged by the disaster in Iraq, you're seriously mistaken.

    4,000 dead Americans

So what continues to make policymakers believe otherwise? We're being told 2010 as a withdrawl date, with, of course, the "this is all subject to change" disclaimer. That would be SEVEN YEARS after our leader and face for the world stood before a banner proclaiming "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED." I know it's been brought up before, but at this stage you really have to wonder if there are criminal implications for something like this. I doubt Bush or Blair would ever be tried as war criminals. There might be a good case for it, but it'll never happen.
