I was looking at Walls as my 2nd corner but I also have quite a few other options at that position I can go with later.

Same here. http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...t&p=2701863

Guess it's my turn to pick now... Once again, I was planning on going in one direction, but ended up with something completely different. Defensive tackle is the only multi-spot position I haven't addressed yet. As a couple others have said before, this position seems to have the least depth and I'm not seeing anyone that I have to have, so I'm going modern here. Kevin Williams 3x Pro Bowl selection (2004, 2006, 2007) 2x First-team All-Pro selection (2006, 2007) 3x All-NFC Seletion (2004, 2006, 2007) I personally think he's the best DT playing today. He was a great pass rusher from both the end and tackle spots in his first couple seasons and now he's 1/2 of the premier run-stuffing tandem in the NFL. He's an exceptional athlete for his size; he has 4 TD's to his credit plus 31 passes defended.

All-Time NBA Draft (THE RESULTS ARE IN THE FIRST POST)
MFer replied to Brett Favre's topic in Sports
I finally got around to doing these rankings. I had a hard enough time picking my top 5, let alone 6-13. -
Yeah, I also sent my team summary to CG a couple days ago so I don't know...
-
Who's pick is it (and why didn't Jorge take 2 players)?
-
I really enjoyed listening to the Untitled album (and I'm not the biggest Nas fan around). I felt like the 2nd half of it was stronger...would've been nice to see "Be A Nigger Too" on there as well.

I don't know a damn thing about these football (soccer) managers, but I'm going with... Jose Mourinho I like his style (swagger), and I'm sure he can manage great talent.
-
And now watch Jones shred the Lions' defense for 200 yards and 3 TD's in each game!
-
Maybe it's just me, but I think it'd be funny as hell to see them tease Papelbon coming out at the end of the game tonight before they bring out Rivera. Just something to make the All-Star game a little more interesting.

Should've known it would be the car...

Talk about a lame finish...

Speaking of the Cade/Michaels connection, what ever happened to that H. B. Cade gimmick that was supposed to go down a couple years ago?
-
Yeah, I think Batista (when he was in Evolution) beat Kane at Armageddon (or was it NYR?) a few years back.

Pretty much any vegetable I eat now, I hated as a kid. My vegetable intake back then only consisted of corn, potatoes, celery, raw carrots, raw broccoli, or a generic iceberg salad. I'm still not a big veggie fan, but I'll eat tomatoes, onions, pickles, cucumbers, asparagus, spinach, and mushrooms now.

I used go with: turkey sub, white bread, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, and oil. Now it's pretty much the chicken bacon ranch with any type of bread (toasted), usually without any veggies (I'm not a very healthy eater, as you can probably tell).

Alrighty then. Well, I think I'm starting to overanalyze the players available, cuz I probably considered at least 10 players to take in this spot. Since all this Brett Favre talk has been dominating the sports world lately, I figured why not take one of his favorite players? Greg Lloyd Pro Bowl (x5) (1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995) All-Pro (x3) (1993, 1994, 1995) 1994 UPI AFL-AFC Player of the Year Steelers' 75th Anniversary Team I think part of the problem with me deciding on players is the high number of quality players who were DE/OLB "tweeners", played in a 3-4 defense (like Lloyd), or both. I just couldn't pass him up though and he's gonna play in the 4-3 on my team. Lloyd was truly a mean dude. He used to wear a shirt that said "I Wasn't Hired For My Disposition." Once knocked Favre out of a game, basically told Joe Namath to fuck off, and even (allegedly) shoved a pistol into his son's mouth for having bad grades. He was one of the more outspoken players against the protective QB rules and was definitely one of the NFL's most feared players in the 90's. This guy simply does not care about the well being of others.

So...did we find a replacement for nogoodnick's team, or do I need to pick now?
-
Alright, my last starter will be... Fernando Redondo

"no u dum ass niggger!! its bout gay pple fuking in the city!!!!!!!!!!!" Don't how he came to that conclusion from a Flobots' song, but oh well.
-
Either way, we're getting close to a full 24 hours since the last pick (the time limit's 8 hours now I believe).

Didn't see the game today, but the Tigers lost yet another 1-run game to the Twins. I don't have the stats in front of me, but I swear the Twins have owned the Tigers for the past 3-4 years now.
-
I'll keep the same team.

Or Michael DeBakey (famed cardiovascular surgeon).
