Why was the commentators even mentioning Taylor and Regal being the No.1 contender for the tag titles if Taylor is three months away? Either they had nothing else to talk about or Regal is going to get another partner in the interim, maybe with Taylor managing the team or something.

I think Taylor will be back sooner than you may expect. I mean they were talking up Taylor and Regal as a team tonight during Regal vs London. I remember 8 weeks being his downtime, how many weeks has it been?

I noticed that hint of dissention as well - typical wwe MO though. They use the tag titles to build up singles wrestlers. Expect Regal and Taylor to win the titles and then Spanky and London will break up and feud.

Hopefully they have him head to DS or OV for a month or so of basic training and then debut him with a completely different character and look, a new finisher and never mention "the serengeti"... I could see Kristal debut Monty in her battles with the Boogeyman, however that match would be an absolute trainwreck of epic proportions.

So Lashley is still on SD! eventhough he showed up in ECW? I guess this ensures that Lashley will win the title because if they were only using a "wwe" talent to help sell the PPV they'd have chosen somebody bigger than Lashley.

Any word on how long the London/Regal match was given?? How many times has Helms and Hardy wrestled lately? That's 5-6 times in the last couple of months now...

Is Idol Stevens hurt or have they realized that he and James as a tagteam had nothing to offer?

I think this could be a blessing in disguise IF Burke is any good on commentary. It could really help in character development of Elijah, as it will be a full hour of exposure to the ecw fans to show who he is. From their first promo I got the feeling that we could see a Burke vs Terkay sooner rather than later, and if Burke starts putting himself out in front of Terkay, who he is supposed to second, that could be the basis for their feud.

You'd think so, but then you remember Kurt Angle challenging anybody from any four-sided, six-sided or eight-sided ring when in ecw...

Why do we see so many return matches a week after the initial encounter? Punk fought Knox last week and this week, he did the same deal with The Reject, and has fought Justin Credible back to back as well. Supposedly Lashley's role was planned for Bob Sapp, however the two sides couldn't come to a contract agreement. Sad as it sounds the match I'd most want to see was the Carlito vs Anarchist dark match. Hopefully it was a tryout - I'd love to see the Chaos Theory finisher in the wwe.

Will the wwe be smart enough to completely ignore TNA during programming? The best thing you can do to somebody begging for attention is to ignore them. However I bet VKM will find that hard to do.

What about RVD - When did he re-up with the wwe? ECW has not met expectations and are now touring the houseshow circuit with SD! and there is a disticnt possibility that he will not hold the ECW title any time soon IF he doesn't get it at D2D. If Lashley does jump and gets the title, I have to believe that he'll hold on to the title for awhile and by the time he is ready to drop it, CM Punk will likely be ready for the title. TNA would seem like an ideal fit for RVD, style-wise and schedule wise.

Most wrestling fans are not going to care about Big Show's win loss record as long as he is booked to look damn strong from this point out. Have his team win at Survivor Series with Show being one of the Survivors (along with Umaga), have him dominate the Elimination Chamber though drop the title only after an extreme amount of abuse from the weapons involved and maybe 2-3 of the wrestlers all covering him for the pin. From there he takes a couple of months off to heal up (and get in top shape) and comes back at the Royal Rumble where he dominates and wins. Winning the Rumble would give him his choice of match at WM23, now most would choose a title match, however here The Big Show calls out Hogan. With Heyman by his side(a la Bobby Heenan) it could be explained that this is Big Show's destiny, that he has accomplished everything he has ever wanted to accomplish and there was only one thing left - to prove that he is the most dominant Giant in the history of the business. To do that he feels that he needs to defeat Hulk Hogan at WM something Andre could never do.

I know this might be a tinfoil hat theory, but I wouldn't put it past Vince Russo to have his own show cancelled(through anonymous complaint) for the sole purpose to create a buzz and blaming the Evil Empire. Voodoo Kin might be a cool sounding name, as is "The Movement", but how does Voodoo Kin apply to a team of Kip James and BG James?

I like the Lita/Hardy/Edge/Mickie idea but would tweak it. Have Mickie and Lita in a retirement match and have Edge turn on Lita, costing her the match and pairing Mickie and Edge for future storyline purposes as I really think Edge needs the slutty valet to add to his smarmy character. Post match Edge and Mickie would continue to berate Lita, while Mickie would continue to beat on her, with Edge holding Lita down etc. This would lead to Hardy making the save and a one night "reunion" moment to give the Lita character a decent enough send off(the relationship issues were storylined as well and can have a storyline wrap-up) and give the fans a happy ending. Lita would still be "retired" due to the stipulations of the match and Hardy would still be on SD!, with Edge and Mickie on Raw so the storyline would begin and end at the PPV. I think the crowd would go nuts seeing Matt Hardy racing down the aisle to make the save. Sorta like when Elizabeth came out of the crowd to save Macho Man from the Sherri assault.

I always thought Christy Hemme was supposed to be Raven's GF... "The Movement" is a pretty cool name, but the members sorta suck. Who will be the first to call them "The Bowel Movement"?? WWE was very interested in Bob Sapp, but Sapp didn't want to be owned completely and that's wwe's MO with their talent. He was supposed to be ECW's next big thing.

Vince said in an interview that he likes the stiff, hard hitting wrestling. That really doesn't exist on Raw. I think that's more of what he is talking about, it's also more serious and based around the titles. Raw is seemingly always looking for the joke.

Maria is 100x better off not posing - I think it really kills interest in the diva once she poses, as the mystery is gone. Afterall it's the tease that sells the striptease. I guess Ashley will get the WM Playboy Women's title push - rather predictable.

Well we're very likely getting a Big Show vs Hulk Hogan encounter and the groundwork for that feud is already being laid. I know a lot of internet fans are hating that idea, but I think it could be huge. Hogan says that it is his last match, and it could be Big Show's last match as well - I expect a trch passing moment during the match, probably with Cena on the recieving end. I wonder if they'll have those little carts to drive the wrestlers to the ring...

Hacksaw is not a Legend. Arn Anderson probably cannot step in the ring as he is probably collecting one thing or another due to his arm that would be cancelled if he wrestled. If he was "legally" able to wrestle I think he would have because in such a format his handicaps could have been hidden. Of course they could have found another Legend. I know they have Ricky Steamboat, however I read somewhere that his wife owns the trademark to his ring name so he'll never be used.

It was actually a pretty enjoyable show the last couple of weeks. I think people are tired of The Big Show in every main event, I mean he's entertaining in doses, but terribly overexposed. The title and the champion don't need to wrestle in every main event. I mean this week, I would have loved to see Punk and Knox in the ME spot and given the extra five minutes to work with. I also think ECW should push tag wrestling - there is a fanbase for that afterall. Would it kill them to give us Guido and Mamaluke vs Heyman's Henchmen??

That would be all well and good, but the wwe doesn't give two shits about it's tag divisions. Nattie will be brought it, I believe she has been told a contract is waiting for her when she heals up and is ready to sign on. Also Harry Smith is likely going to be kept on Raw. Heyman wanted him for ECW around it's start-up and the powers that be on Raw wouldn't let him go. I think having him join DX would open interesting storyline possibilities now(Survivor Series is in MTL) and down the line when he eventually breaks away. Have Edge and Orton add Ken Doane and have Harry Smith added to DX to balance the sides.
