Edge vs. HHH for the WWE Championship HHH retains. The Edge/Alicia angle is no swerve but Edge begs Vickie to forgive him since "they we're broken up". Vickie does but says that since she has forgiven him, he needs to forgive her. She says not to worry about that now, that he needs to focus on the title shot, but to show everything is good between them she makes Chavo the guest referee. Edge and Chavo cheat the whole match and it looks like Edge has HHH beat and pinned before UT comes up through the ring to break up the count and end the match. Of course the secret that Vickie needs to be forgiven for is that she re-instated The Undertaker out of spite for Edge/Alicia. Batista vs. CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship If we don't get the Hart/Deisel finish here I'll be disappointed. I think it's a perfect fit and hasn't been done in years in the wwe. It's a competitive match, but near the end Batista gets the upper hand and pummels Punk. Spine buster and Punk kicks out, Spear and Punk kicks out, eventually Batista Bombs him, however Punk kicks out. Batista is going to go for another Batista Bomb but while setting it up(Punk bent over with head between Batista's legs) Punk's legs give out, Batista lifts him into position again but pauses for a second in a showing of compassion and it is in this moment Punk rolls him up for the win. Tommy Dreamer vs. Mark Henry for the ECW Championship Blech. Tommy gets a hometown pop but gets demolished. hopefully this is a short one. Finlay & Hornswoggle vs. Jesse & Festus vs. Hawkins & Ryder vs. Miz & Morrison for the WWE Tag Team Championships I take the titles off Miz and Morrison here. Ideally I'd have Hawkins/Ryder pin Hornswoggle. This way Hawkins/Ryder can feud with Jesse and Festus over the titles while Miz and Morrison can feud with Finlay over Hornswoggle costing them the titles. John Cena vs. JBL in a NYC Parking Lot Brawl Could go either way, but I'm assuming this is the blow-off to allow Cena vs Punk at Summerslam. So Cena wins via FU on a car. Cryme Tyme and Dibiase/Rhodes get involved during the match. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho Jericho wins, with Cade heavily involved. Sets up big Summerslam match. My fanboy dream would be Jericho and Cade vs HBK and mystery partner. Shelton Benjamin vs. Matt Hardy for the US Championship Hardy needs to retain eventhough he's been an afterthought as US champion and SD! needs it's midcard belt back. This would allow Hardy to go after the ECW title, though Hardy vs Henry is a craptacular feud in waiting. Michelle McCool vs. Natalya for the Divas Championships Natalia wins to allow the face to chase initially.

The complaints over 'unrealistic' angles
Thanks for the Fish replied to JPopStarKami's topic in The WWE Folder
I agree completely with Lucky(and others), it's switching between invisible camera and visible camera that is infuriating. Sometimes when two wrestlers are sharing "a secret" we're supposed to recognize that there is supposed to be no camera there and all the other wrestlers simply cannot tivo and watch the show later and see it (for some crazy-assed reasoning), while other times wrestlers know the camera man is there and play to the camera or even acknowledge the camera man's existence. Don't even get me started on the "wrestlers eye view" camera. It's utterly ridiculous and usually causes me to turn off the television in disgust. -
Too much Vickie and Edge. Vickie is really overexposed right now, and it doesn't help that Chavo, Bam Neely, Hawkins and Ryder get television time as a result as well. SD! needs to get the US Title back as they have too big a midcard not to have a midcard title. Maybe things will clear up after the PPV this weekend and HHH can start feuding with somebody else for the title, Undertaker can come back and feud with Edge before moving on to a Umaga program, allowing Edge to feud elsewhere as well. HHH, Edge and Undertaker should all be in fresh programs right now elevating three midcarders up the ranks. This HHH/Edge feud reminds me of the Jericho/HHH feud that was over dog crap rather than the title. HHH vs Edge could have had an epic build and would have been WM25 worthy.

He had them stained by a dentist.

Edge and Alicia have terrible chemistry. Alicia acts as if she's never kissed somebody before. Krystal would have been so, so, so much better in this storyline. Krystal oozed sexuality whereas Alicia seems almost frigid.

Ezekiel is massive, though I was terribly underwhelmed with the new Brian Kendrick. I think he might have needed re-debut vignettes. Simply putting on a white leather jacket and wrestling a ground based style doesn't do shit for your new gimmick.
-
Maybe the creative team member who re-named Rycklon was a Detroit Piston Bad Boy era fan and wanted to call him Zeke.
-
Hawkins and Ryder are pulling off the only possible angle payoff to the Festus gimmick. After which they need to get rid of the bell ringing gimmick and go in another direction. Take it in the direction of George and Lennie, which quite obviously Jesse and Festus are based off of anyways.
-
Or give their kid a stripper/porno star name like Aurora Rose.
-
They need to pull an angle where Cherry gets the Sandy Olsson "Grease" makeover. "Tell me about it, stud..."
-
Any ideas? Second match was Kofi vs Burchill. So what happened in the Kofi/Burchill match that also happened in Kane vs Punk?
-
Roster section is up at the new FCW site, though no bios just roster pics.
-
No it's not. It's up here in CT at Mohegan Sun. You're right. I must have looked at the following weeks Raw location, though somehow got the SD! location right. SD! is in Philly PA next week and Hershey PA the week later - not much travel there.
-
Kendrick reportedly had a completely new look and worked a ground based game with no flashy moves.
-
Bourne is probably allowed to do the SSP because it's picture perfect. London was sorta out of control and it was dangerous. Bourne gets so much height and rotates at the peak of the jump that it's basically a top rope splash action because he is in such control (likely due to his gymnastic training). London isn't well liked backstage either. Spanky was moved for a SD! push and London is likely an afterthough on Raw.

HHH is the cerebral assassin, he's not going to get outsmarted. If anything HHH would have seen through all the layers of the ruse and planned for and countered it. I expect there was no pre-nup signed and in wwe-land that will mean Edge will get half the GM duties when they eventually divorce.

Next weeks Raw is in Washington DC - Batista's hometown. Could be an interesting crowd reax to Punk if he is still champ. ECW/SD is taped in Philly the next night, which would be a better crowd for Punk.
-
Hardys vs Miz/Morrison gets 20 minutes?
-
They could have had Bam Neely pull him out of the ring and cause the DQ. I mean Chavo was ECW champion not too long ago and was beating Punk clean, who is now World Champion on Raw.
-
Bourn beats Chavo in three minutes?
-
That's better than calling Tommy Dreamer "The Dream Machine" earlier tonight...
-
I sorta dig Knox, but he does need a gimmick other than hoss with crazy beard.
-
Shannon Moore gets the complete jobber intro sans entrance.
-
Who thought it was a good idea to leave Adamle alone on the mic...

Florida Championship Wrestling's official website finally got a make-over. Front looks nice, but wrestler bios area ""coming soon". http://www.fcwwrestling.com/index.html
