Smackdown is an absolute unwatchable mess right now. Does anybody care about La Familia? Edge, sure he's one of the best in the business today, but Chavo, Hawkins, Ryder and Bam Neely are utter crap. Koslov will never be anything and should be cut already. Nobody will ever care about Deuce and Domino, Jesse and Festus are already stale and played out Finlay is booked as a comedy act, Palumbo has had too many gimmicks to even give a damn about, MVP will make a terrible face, the color scheme sucks and Foley is as bad as they come.

I just hope he isn't billed from Cleveland...

I hate the idea of a cruiserweight division because it really limits the talent pigeon-holed in it.

I hope Bourne, Kingston, Benjamin all stay on ECW and are not drafted elsewhere. Hell even Mike Knox has been growing on me lately. I like the idea of another womens title. On Raw we basically have two womens feuds, one without the title (Phoenix/Melina) which is basically unheard of (thanks TNA). I think SD! needs a title in order to give reason for the women to exist and fight in the first place. Victoria and Natalia are both wrestlers, Michelle McCool isn't half bad, Cherry is a trained wrestler I believe as well. I would also expect a wrestling Diva from Raw to come over to SD! in the draft - probably Jillian Hall.

Bourne has excellent body control, probably from his gymnastic training, and can probably safely do the SSP 100 times out of a hundred. Matt Striker is almost criminally underused, even if he rivaled Nova as an indie rip-off artist.

Estrada is the new Coachman. I don't think he'll be taken seriously as an in-ring competitor for a long time, if ever.

Is it wrong to wish non-life threatening harm on Hornswoggle if it meant he'd be off television for a long while and thus would allow Finlay to be the bad ass again?

Flair was brought back way too soon and unless anything comes of it (which I would be against) was totally unnecessary.

The story goes that the first day Cade walked into HBK's wrestling academy, Michael remarked "I smell money: or something to that effect. However if they were going to go this storyline it might have been better if Cade threw HBK into the Jeritron last week. Also this is incredibly fanboy but along with Cade, Spanky and London(though was a later class), Bryan Danielson recently worked a dark match. It would be a helluva way to bring in Danielson - Cade could be going off how he was his best student and the like and HBK could say you were one of by better students, but not the best. He could then introduce Bryan Danielson. Where is Shooter Shultz - he was my pick to be the one of the TWA Four to make it the farthest.

I wonder if Cade can be bitter at HBK for training him and then not helping him out or something...Or is he just trying to make his opportunity.

Looks like Raw wants their last bit of juice out of Umaga before shipping him to SD next week.

I didn't like Benjamin/Kingston initially, but I'm digging it now. Regal was compelling on his GM/KotR powertrip. Edge is always interesting enough. Burke's dark match photos have me interested. The upcoming draft is a must watch, even if SD will get pillaged.

I too thought Cody was going to be the mystery tag partner and like that idea better than DH Smith. I still want DH to team with TJ Wilson, preferable on SD!.

Jericho and Benoit are/were more often than not refered to by their last names. Alicia Fox sounds like a stripper name though, and it seems they took a book out of TNA's naming of wrestling women. Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Roxxi Leveaux, Peyton Banks etc. However there was nothing wrong with Nattie/Natalie, Natalia is ridiculous and really doesn't fit Nattie, it's obvious they were trying to sex up her ring name. Regarding burning bridges - Carlito's not burning it with Vince, but rather Stephanie and Hunter. I have a feeling they will hold grudges.

Dibiase Jr said it will be "the son of the Bulldog" either to a fan or in an interview as well - I wonder if because it has been leaked it will now be changed. Rhodes should turn on Holly during the match and give an epic 3-on-1 beatdown before pinning Holly. However then Holly has to be the frontman against the newly established heel faction, and I don't believe anybody cares enough about Holly.

Foley is horrid as an announcer, and he doesn't have the voice for it either. I've said it a million times but JBL is much more valuable as a color commentator - I'd pay him double his wrestling salary just to get him back in the booth. As a wrestler on Raw he is just another upper card heel, and unless it's a brawl he'd can't really have a good match. He really added to the show as color commentator and really helped SD get it's wrestlers over - even when they were dealt a weak hand due to Raw being the flagship.

Well I guess this is one way to get out of your contract. If they don't fire him, he'll just keep popping off, of course he better realize that he's forever burning a bridge by going about it this way. And they'll probably only give him a limited release - meaning no TNA for two more years. I've always thought Carlito was rather boring in the ring, and his character has long since grown stale. Maybe it's a case of him being unmotivated because of his push. But that goes both ways and maybe he isn't pushed because he doesn't give serious effort in the ring.

Speak of the devil, developmental diva Victoria Crawford is debuting on SD! tonight. She is introduced in a backstage skit as Alicia Fox, Vicki and Edges wedding planner. Now it could be a one and done spot (like Melina used as a Halloween episode extra - or was it Thanksgiving), but there was the Kristal/Edge storyline that Hayes wanted to go with that Kristal objected to that led to her firing - could Victoria/Alicia be getting that spot? There is bad news though as Victoria/Alicia has an outie.

Is this the one Torrie is dating? No. That is Spirit Squad member Mitch (Nick Mitchell). Mikey was the smallest of the bunch and I believe begged into the Spirit Squad when Elijah Burke asked to be excluded.

But Reverend D'Von only lasted a few weeks. Brother Elijah could preach to the crackheads and hookers (what he'd call his fans)...

Maybe he could be the street preacher type of character - it would definitely be different and give him something to run with other than the played out cocky, over-confident black man character.
