Koslov? Crap. Name me one money match waiting for Kozlov on Ecw... Kozlov vs Mark Henry - smell the ratings.
-
Nice Rison House Fire reference Striker, Left Eye being dead and all...
-
They need to have him grow the hair back out and put the mask back on, and go back to being a emotion-less ass-whipper. They had the perfect opportunity with his mask feud with Mysterio. Stips should have been Kane wins Mysterio has to take off the mask, but if Mysterio won Kane should have had to put his mask back on.
-
Kane is so played out.
-
You are joking right??? Morrison is the next big thing on the Roster. He's terrible on the mic. Did the ring announcer forget the name of Ortiz? He's like who the hell is that guy?
-
Miz and Morrison will both suck as singles - they're like Roadie and Billy Gunn, nothing as singles, but great as New Age outlaws.
-
Morrison or Mark Henry to Raw here?
-
Kofi should win this. I mean he was the breakout star from the MITB and gets jobbed out? However Raw gets another draft pick?
-
The wwe should sign Sonjay Dutt to replace Ranjin Singh - at least Dutt and Khali could tag team, with Dutt obviously doing most of the work.
-
Miz/Morrison vs Colons? What other tag team are there? Legacy is in the ME... Punk to SD! makes sense, in that the stacked Raw would see him get lost in the shuffle. He can also use his MITB to face one of the Champs at the May PPV in Chicago.
-
Santino is losing - Jericho goes to SD?
-
What will the excuse be when Raw ratings remain stagnant?
-
MVP, HHH, Big Show, and Matt Hardy to Raw Melina to SD
-
Matthews needs to find his Constant and fast. Any chance Edge costs Cena the match, giving ECW this win?
-
It's an incomplete list. SD! will be getting more as well. I believe I read that 12 wrestlers will move tonight, and then there will be a supplemental draft on wwe.com on Wednesday afternoon. I called it a rumor, but the site is saying "expected" to be moved. Folks here have had issue with the source site and have actually blocked it from being mentioned - I write it's name and it comes up - "idiotsrunningawebsite.com". I wasn't even going to spoiler tag it, because you can take the rumors with a grain of salt, but just in case it is legit I didn't want to ruin it for non-spoiler folks. The "shittier site" usually just rips off the pay sites, but has misrepresented their reports as news when it was pay site opinion/speculation in the past.

Some rumored moves tonight (and during the supplemental draft on Wednesday on dotcom) - I spoiler tagged them just in case -

In terms of the storylines, that's exactly what they are. No, they're not. Do they not fight/wrestle/strike/kick/slam each other? There is a HUGE difference between a fighter and a wrestler, storyline or not. Apples and Oranges. A "Storyline Fighter" in the wrestling world would be somebody who portrayed a shoot-fighting character, not just any old performer who makes physical contact with another performer. Many a time as a commentator called the match a fight. If somebody is in a fight, they can be called a fighter. Matches without DQ's and count outs are sometimes called "Streetfights". I don't have a clue as to why you are even trying to argue differently.

You know why I hate the draft - because it's booked as a lottery to protect egos. It would work much better if GM's were allow to choose fighters from the different brands and really add to storyline potential. If the truely big names were not going to be moved you could storyline that by giving each GM 3-5 "keeper" spots in which they could protect 3-5 wrestlers that then couldn't be drafted. I.e. Raw protects Cena, HBK, Orton and Rhodes and Dibiase. Orton arranged Legacy to be kept together because Vickie is a heel afterall, and The Guerreros are a Legacy family themselves. Teddy Long keeps Edge, Undertaker, Jeff Hardy, Carlito and Primo - leaving HHH unprotected because Long doesn't believe Vickie would dare want HHH to be on the same brand with Orton, especially given Vickie seems to have an agreement with Orton. ECW keeps Swagger, Bourne, Kidd, Gabriel and Ortiz with the explanation Tiffany wants to keep the up and comers. Presto! Long could draft Punk, Mysterio from Raw, grab Christian from ECW. He could block Raw from getting both Miz and Morrison by grabbing Miz after Raw drafts Morrison and give Knox a big push be drafting him over the likes of Jericho and others. He could explain that he doesn't want Jericho because of his attitude against the fans. Raw could draft HHH(Long is shocked and Orton is pissed), MVP (to counteract losing Rey and the IC Title), Matt Hardy from SD and Mark Henry and Morrison from ECW. ECW goes after the underused/pushed youngsters - Drafts Brian Kendrick and Zeke and from SD! and Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler from Raw. Instead it's a lottery in which all big name stars get moved on the television show and all lesser stars luckily get moved on the supplemental web draft.

WWE General Discussion - April 2009
Thanks for the Fish replied to FroGG_NeaL's topic in The WWE Folder
I really dug the Austin "nervous breakdown" heel turn - it was a shame they dropped it in a hotshot angle. -
Something is off with Primo, but I can't put my finger on it. It's like he's too camera aware and uncomfortable. I also hate the baggy pants look on both of them. Lito should go back to the shorts, and Primo can wear the pant tights.
-
Grisham and JR are two PBP guys, though I guess Ross could do color since he's been around for so long. I think in time Josh and Striker could develop a really good chemistry. Tiffany is craptacular on the mic. If Tommy Dreamer didn't have his "win the title by June 4th" angle that nobody really cares about he would have been a much better choice for GM.
-
The new ecw announce crew should be a lot of fun - even if it is just for one show before the draft. The SD! crew is brutal though.

Aren't the heels supposed to have the numbers advantage? Isn't it supposed to be the plucky babyface overcoming the odds? Considering Dibiase and especially Rhodes are nothing but bitchboys, Orton vs Batista, HHH and Shane McMahon (how almost beat Orton single-handedlyon a couple of occasions) seems rather one-sided.
