Yeah, I just wondered if there was a story behind the Cor Von choice is all. It seems rather different than most wrestling names.

"Mr. McManiac" is beyond stupid. Who wants to bet that Vince loves it. Has Marcus CorVon's name ever been explained? I know wwe wanted the copyright and all, but where did Marquis Cor Von come from originally? Is there a rib in there somewhere or some reference I am missing?

I don't like it at all. Either Cena wins, going over his three top contenders or he loses, but since it was a 4-way the winner doesn't get any real rub. I guess if I had to book the match, I'd have Orton and Edge taking each other out brawling around ringside and trhough the crowd and such and have HBK heel and have Cena overcome those tactics and pull out a win - maybe even with an STFU where Michaels doesn't tap and passes out.

Did she walk around with a tape recorder during these days? I mean I can remember happenings and the basis of converstaions, but she's seemingly remembering conversations verbatim. I'm not saying that it didn't happen, but wondering how much is artistic license. Bret felt guilty about Owen's death, as he believed that if he was in the wwe he could have prevented Owen from doing the stunt. He was in crisis and out for his pound of McMahon flesh.

Kofi Kingston is another name, however I believe his is a cruiserweight. Burchill is long overdue for an ECW debut.

I'm hoping to see a post-Mania debut or two. What developmentals are due for a call-up?

From what I can gether James Rogers was an actor hired on in November, claiming to have a three year deal, though Meltzer thought it more likley being a three month try-out sorta deal. He was filming a movie at the time (November) so if he finished taping in the new year and reported to a developmental, that is about three months. Bolen only hurt his potential with his tattoo. If I was the wwe and he really did that for the reasons that have been floated, I could have used him as one time enhancement talent with a dyslexic bowler gimmick.

Okay what exactly is the deal with PPV's now - are they complately cross brand or for example will ONS be predominantly an ECW PPV with a few cross brand sweetners? It looks like it's going to be Lashley vs McMahon feuding, though McMahon will keep throwing wrestlers at Lashley sorta deal, not actually wrestling him. That being said, Lashley doesn't capture my interest enough to sell any PPV for me that he main events. The only wrestler I'd probably pay to see wrestle Lashley at this time would be Chris Benoit.

Who owns the Rob Van Dam monicker trademark? Is this a case like the Dudley Boys where ECW actually owned the trademark or does Rob own it or used it before ECW? I assume Rob owns it as he is pretty smart about things, however I also assumed that Bubba and D'Von would have owned their respective trademarks.

I understand it is a hour show, however you don't need to wrestle or even appear on every show. I think the current wrestlers are getting overexposed by being used every week and thus are growing stale.

I'm not bitching about the show in particular. Just ECW in general. They need to add at least five fresh faces to flesh out the roster and open up feud/match possibilities. WGTT is spinning it's wheels on Raw, Jamie Noble is never used o SD! and Paul Burchill should be on television somewhere.

I'm just tired of the same 10-12 wrestlers every freaking show. Unfortunately I think this New Breed vs Originals stuff is going to drag on to ONS3.

ECW needs some fresh faces for crying out loud. It's like groundhog day watching these shows.

He's an inch shorter and about 20lbs heavier than Ken Kennedy, and an inch shorter though the same weight as MVP and same height as Punk and Elijah Burke, outweighing them both.

He'll be assigned to one of the developmental territories where I'm sure he'll both bulk up and lean out a bit. I mean training and working out is your full time job in the developmentals - I assume a guy like Cabana would have needed a "real life" job to earn a living. I think he has a good shot at making it to the show (and rather quickly) based on his mic ability. That's one thing that the wwe realized it is lacking with it's developmentals, who cut deer in the headlight and/or generic as hell promo's for the most part. Look at pre-OVW and post-OVW Burchill for one example.

You also recently has the Kane "See No Evil" voices that he and the rest of the arena could hear but his opponents and announcers could not. Also there was a spot I believe during the Rock vs Foley empty arena match where the first person camera view was used when Rock had a forklift lowered on "him" that lead to the pin. Or something like that.

WWE probably mailed in this episode knowing it was going to get murdered by the NCAA final tonight. Why else would the tag division get 30+ minutes of valuable post-WM Raw time?

Yeah, I've read that Ric Flair is going to be the centerpiece name next year. Probably as close to the Carolina's as WM will get...

Why would WGTT decide for a nothing tag match rather than competing for the tag titles? Same with Flair/Carlito for that matter...

I hope the wwe doesn't change their minds with the tag title plans. Vince seemingly already hates tag wrestling - now they give it 30+ minutes of post-Raw television time only to have Spanky screw everything up.

That's my guess. I like the idea on one champion for all three brands if that is the case as well...

I think they were supposed tu unify the title, having the champs defend on all brands sorta deal, that is until Kendrick screwed up...
