Vince didn't like the respect the ONS PPV's garnered and set out to completely kill the ECW brand once and for all, to make it as meaningless as the letters WCW. He'llnever have the rabid fanbase like ECW, so he wanted to kill off the brand.

It's just too bad I can't stand TNA - Maybe I'm just not a wrestling fan anymore.

As has been mentioned he wanted to work MMA and would need serious chunks of time off to train for upcoming fights. Basically he wanted to use the wwe to establish his name stateside to increase his fight purse. There is just so much more money in MMA these days for big draw fighters. Vince likes to own his talent completely, so obviously the sides couldn't agree.

Bob Sapp shits charisma though - he could be protected in the ring by not making him wrestle every damn week like they did with the big show.

I agree, have Big Show eliminated early and then you could really build to a cresendo with RVD, Punk and Lashley and in the process could have added on another 10 minutes to the match.

EC goes all of 23 minutes, which is a total rip-off considering the final pod didn't open until 20 minutes into the match. So Big Show got beat in 3 minutes by a tired Lashley?? What a joke.

Test hit a big boot on Holly and eliminated him?? Did that happen before or after the RVD and Punk eliminations? The final three is McMahon's wet dream - this should lay to rest who's calling the shots in ECW and who to blame for why is blows.

They want Lashley to overcome the odds of the three heels...

I think Holly would look so much better in long black tights rather than his boxer brief type shorts now. I don't know what the color is supposed to be, but one of his shorts comes across as peachy-pink on my television.

I think Sabu will some how get in to the Elimination Chamber - maybe through the ol' lights out routine. When the lights come on, Sabu will be inside the chamber with the rest of the wrestlers...

In a vid available on the tna website Ron Killings calls out John Cena before rapping on him and the the wwe, and rapping about how good TNA is. Funny thing is is that Killings has asked repeatedly to be released from this contract but TNA won't because they don't want him jumping to the wwe.

With Joey Mercury staying in ECW, I wonder if an angle will play out here...

I don't know how legit this is but 1wrestling is reporting that RVD is very unhappy in his role and will be looking to leave when his contract is up in six months or so. I could have sworn he recently resigned, but 1wrestling would have RVD contacts... If this has any truth, RVD would be an ideal fit in TNA.

I don't think anything happened with Melina, Nitro and Melina were transferred because nobody liked them in the lockerroom. There is a belief that the Diva Search and the edict to hire 10-15 swimsuit models is done to give the boys something to play with.

I like the fact that they let him get beat up. It makes sense to weaken him less than a week before they have to fight him afterall. It would have been better storytelling to have Punk or somebody watching on from the entrance area.

Still no undercard matches announced? They really are putting all of their eggs in one basket. Hardys vs MNM isn't going to sell the PPV for anybody. Then again maybe the undercard woud scare off potential buyers, I mean Hardcore Holly vs Balls Mahoney and Kevin Thonr vs Matt Striker are not world beaters...

Michael Hayes very likely knew who Buriser Brody was, however I'm not sure on the time line when Hayes took over the book on SD! and when Terkay was jettisoned to ecw...

Hardy really isn't doing anything on SD! worth noting, however I don't think they'll be moved. Maybe there could be a deal where ECW signs Team Xtreme or something crazy like that, so Jeff can only fight on Raw, Matt on SD! but they could only team on ECW...

I thought Heyman wanted Terkay initially however he was kept for SD! to spite him, though maybe that was only because ecw had Kurt Angle at the time. Maybe a losing streak will lead to him going "Brody"... I don't think Knox is a failure, I just think he's hurt by the fact that there isn't a mid-card title. Also he plays a psycho-type character a helluva lot better than he plays a jealous boyfriend. I wish they'd let him break out his standing moonsault...

I assumed they would be called Team XTreme in ECW to set-up somebody to take offense to that name and maybe challenge them to a real extreme match - say Dreamer and Sandman. However with MNM coming in to wrestle, that was thrown out the window. I think they should have had an MNM run-in, to set up a three-way dance at D2D with Hardyz, MNM and Burke/Terkay...

I didn't know Lita and Edge were still together (or was it just a friendly sort of gesture??). Lita's desired schedule is perfect for TNA, I bet they've already called her. I bet she would have been written off differently if she didn't have plans to keep wrestling with a strong possibility of ending up in TNA.

Lita was buried because there is an understanding that she'll land in TNA sooner than later. LAX was said to be looking to add a female to their faction, could Lita fit that bill?

AT most I'd say Candace is the best of the Diva Search Girls. She is certainly not better than Melina let alone Victoria. Mickie, Victoria, Jillian, Melina, Beth are much better workers than she is.

I like the first front with the second back on the black shirt with dark grey lettering or the fourth option.
