    WWE going after E-feds?

And this is why I only join efeds where you have to create an original character. But considering how many times in my six years of running an efed that I saw one of my finishes used by the WWF within six weeks, I don't think they're really the ones who should be calling efeds to the carpet.

  3. Remember the short time when Stacy Keibler (Miss Hancock) managed El Dandy and Silver King in a tag team? Los Fabulosos! ::marks out:: What can I say? I mark out for all things Stacy Keibler (except anytime Test is also on the TV screen).
  4. Sherri told Brother Love that she'd fallen in love with HBK and DiBiase agreed to terminate her contract so she could pursue him. Just to correct that it was Paul Bearer she told on the Funeral Parlor, Love was way gone by that point, and was probably backstage thinking of ridiculous angles involving Papa Shango, the Ultimate Warrior and voodoo It was a lame Piper's Pit ripoff at any rate.

    The HBK Collapse on Raw

He actually had a WWF Title Match vs. Bret Hart at that taping that aired on Mania. Much appreciated. I had that the match took place at the same taping but no clue that it was for Mania. I'll have to search into that a little more. It's pretty obvious why the guy didn't last after I met a heavily intoxicated Landell earlier this year ... who then ended the night by getting into a fight after hitting on a married woman, then abruptly checking out of the hotel. Aired January 13, IIRC. It was originally taped for the 1/8 Raw (a Bret interview aired on the 1/6 Mania and the mat from the Raw Bowl episode was set up), and I'm assuming it got bumped because of the IYH coverage,

    The HBK Collapse on Raw

I thought Omori did make the show. If not, then who was that Japanese guy that pretended to be him for the entire three minutes he was in there?

    Wrestle Rock 86

I've got a review of most of the show (save Rheignans-Zhukov and Slaughter-Kamala) on TSM, which you can read here. Has it really been two years ago that I wrote that?
  8. 1988, no doubt in my mind. I'd put it over 1995 only because 1988's matches all pretty much meant something long-term, while WCW barely even mentioned Starrcade 1995 except for Flair's title win.

    Cabana Leaves IWA Mid-South

I think RF owns the rights to all the ECW Fancams though since he and/or his staff taped those himself.
  13. I remember the first vignette just being of Sid smiling on camera, and going "WTF?" I'm not sure his SuperBrawl I match with El Gigante had even happened yet, but it was no more than two weeks after that.

    The Great American Bash Thread

Wasn't that a double pin or something? Haven't seen the show in years. IIRC, Sting was originally awarded the pin with a bridging back suplex, but the replay revealed that Muta's shoulder was up during the pinfall, which led to the TV title being held up for about three months.

The OAO TNA 2YA Show Thread

There is only one way they can possibly salvage the cliffhanger in the main event. Russo has to rule that since he vowed to never change a referee's decision (which Mike Tenay mentioned about 450 times tonight), then Killings is the champion since he got the pin. Give Jarrett a rematch on Impact or next week's PPV if you feel the need, but anything other than Killings' win being made official destroys any remaining credibility TNA might have and makes people think they were cheated out of my ten bucks (which, by the way, I want back for having to sit through that D'Amore-Lynn match).
  18. A show so bad, they're actually giving it away. Kind of like this years... Except for the "giving it away" part.

So Kane's (most likely) the Father

her reasoning: "They don't call him the BIG Red MACHINE for nothing!" But didn't Tori turn on Kane because of everything that happened in that fire? Oh wait, that was more than a week or two ago, so we're not supposed to remember that. My bad.

    Idea for Matt Hardy

That's only true if they're your own walls though. If they're someone else's walls, you'll end up on Judge Judy or some stupid show like that.
  22. 92. If a woman can play any sport on a comparable level with men, she is either ugly as sin or a lesbian. Possibly both. They are only bisexual in Ben Stiller movies.

    Idea for Matt Hardy

I might have been OK with a blowjob, but going all the way? I'd rather die than hear that, and I'm sure that would hold true with Matt Hardy as well. But I was thinking three things during that segment. 1. Why doesn't Matt just backhand the bitch? Not that I'd normally condone that kind of thing, but I'd be PISSED. 2. Since Mae Young's hand needs a playmate, will Lita give birth to a Mr. Potato Head? 3. If it is indeed Kane's baby, it needs to have one eyebrow and breathe fire and stuff like it's Satan's spawn or something. OK, I'm joking on those last two, but my suspension of disbelief is already shot to hell after seeing Stacy Keibler walk toward the camera and ignore it when she was talking to Matt only moments earlier.

This Day in WWE History Thread

It's also conceivable that they dubbed over commentary for the matches that aired on Prime Time, although that isn't likely since Dick Graham never did any commentary outside the Spectrum that I know of.
  25. It wouldn't surprise me with the WWF since Gorilla Monsoon became on-air president in 1995 and had always talked about two referees for tag team matches when he was on commentary, but as far as I know the story's just fluff.
