I need that Mr. Wonderful theme. It's too epic NOT to have!I watched that episode last evening, and now I sorta have the song stuck in my head. And it's kinda funny how Mongo and Brain just sometimes ramble on about it.
Never realized that the old Nitro shows took place in smaller buildings, compared to when WCW gained steam. And even when I was younger, I still thought it was stupid for WWE to kinda give a sneak peak at the following week's Raw, showing a match that hadn't even aired at the moment.

I don't really mind seeing the old Raw and Nitro shows from the beginning, being that I didn't have the service back then. Gives me a chance to see the Nitro shows that I missed.

I bet this leads to more insufferable "x is good, y is evil" dueling ad campaigns like the time Comcast wouldn't pick up the shitty Big Ten Network. That was a fun chapter of sports television history.The NFL Network isn't any damn good either, from what little I've seen. More like NFL Public Access.
Well, I guess I won't be seeing any Thursday night games on NFL Network anymore.
They still need a receiver, badly. But yeah, big upgrade at QB.When Brandon Lloyd is one of your top receivers, you know you have a problem.

I went to the Caps/Penguins game on Sunday. Was a very fun game, even though the Caps lost. The Penguins fans all act like they pulled off something impressive, even though the Caps are 3-0-1 against them this year. It took the gimmicked shoot out for the Caps to lose.

I bought the Starrcade DVD yesterday at Walmart, but I haven't watched it yet. Probably won't happen, but it would be cool if WWE did something like that for SuperBrawl and Halloween Havoc.

I'm not sure if you'd call him a "flash in the pan", maybe a fluke, but Sidney Ponson for the Orioles and Giants back in '03. He went 17-13 that year, but other than the rest of his career, he never really amounted to anything.

Wii
in Video Games
Well, I was really looking forwards to downloading Castlevania III today, but for some reason, I keep getting error codes when it comes to the Wii Shop. I can't even run a successful connection test or anything like that. Strangely enough, the last time I downloaded a game, it worked fine. My 360 isn't having a problem connecting online.
Edit: Nevermind. I reset my router, and the connection settings on my Wii,and now everything is fine.

I'm going to Caps-Leafs on Sunday. The Caps are retiring Gartner's number!I'm going to Caps/Lightning on Thursday, and Caps/Rangers this coming Saturday.

I'm going to a Caps game at the end of December.I don't know much about the team besides Ovechkin, so what do I need to know? Also, anyone been to a Caps game?
Yeah, I went to 6 games last year, including the home finale against Florida and Game 5 against Philly. I'm going to 7 more games this year.
Capitals games are pretty fun sometimes. Throughout the game, you'll hear the occasional horn blast from "The Horn Guy", who sits in the upper deck, and if you hear a guy chanting "Let's Go Caps" in a loud voice, that's just Goat. Best goal horn in the NHL, and you'll definitely enjoy the "Unleash the Fury" video during the 3rd period.

- DX becoming official / Curtian Call promo.
- Jim Cornette's segments begin
- Faarooq cutting a promo on Austin with Austin having a reply I got a kick out of.
Jarrett should be coming soon too.
Don't forget Kane's first appearance on Raw as well.

And the Orioles blow it again against Toronto. Well, the way things are going now, it looks like Huff and a few others are going to be shipped off for younger talent at the trade deadline unless the O's clean up their act.They should trade them regardless. Can this team honestly win the AL East?
Forget about winning the AL East, that won't be possible. I'd just like to see them get to .500 at the end of the season.
