Guest JaKyL25 Posted July 30, 2002 Report Posted July 30, 2002 A couple of pages ago, I saw people talking about wrestling related dreams, well I've had 2 that I recall-- One was a few years ago. People from all 3 feds were having a battle royal in a ring in a cave. It came down to Goldberg, Bret, and someone else. As Goldberg was throwing the other guy out, Bret picked up the orange roadwork cone that Goldberg brought out with him for some reason, and threw it over the top rope to the cave floor. The refs ruled that that meant Goldberg was eliminated and Bret was the winner! Yay! The other one was pretty recently and it created a new championship called the Handicap Match Championship. Here's how it worked: 1.) The Champion would defend the title with any partner he could get, but he HAD to have one. 2.) The challenger has to fight one-on-two. 3.) Should the challenger win the match by pinning either person, he becomes the Handicap Match Champion and now defends the belt with partners. This could lead to such angles as: --Tag team wrestler wins title, his partner always teams with him, until he gets fed up that he's defending a title that he doesn't even really have, and turns on his partner and causes him to lose the title. They then feud. --Unpopular crappy wrestler wins title on a fluke (say, as a result of the last scenario maybe). He then has to start PAYING people to team with him, and he soon discovers that he's actually giving out more money than he's earning, so he desperately tries to lose the title before he becomes poor (Maybe the commish has said that anyone who vacates the title will be suspended or something), but his partners think it's funny and won't let him. I dunno, just an idiotic, yet innovative idea from a dream.

My father was trying to carry me away while Austin and Vince quizzed me on which wrestlers were my favorite. "Stone Cold!" I exclaimed. Austin was ecstatic.
