I'm playing l33t Wars, where I have 34 Penthouses and 16 Private Doctors. Apparently, I got $161 million from a turf war while I was offline.

 

But I'm still not in a gang! Arrgh!

 

Anyway, it seems to be a good idea to spend turns on building up your stats/skills so that your Warfare rating goes up and you don't lose 10k Hos, like I did
