Guest Incandenza Report post Posted July 9, 2002 Well, I went back to the tape and actually watched the abomination that was that mixed tag match, and I think it is an exaggeration to call it "the worst match ever" as some have dubbed it, because the match itself was meaningless fodder. However, Jackie's constant flubbing does rank up there among Wrestling's All-Time Greatest Fuck Ups. Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted July 9, 2002 from what i remember of the match there was only two real fuckups, but they were bad. when trish jumped onto the rope beside jackie and then they both fell over it looked bad. it also looked pretty bad when trish continued rolling around trying to lock jackie in a move. the second was the "bulldog" from the ropes which grazed jackie's head and sent trish flying right past her. i really hope that jackie isn't punished for this bad performance. it is really the wwe's fault for putting someone so green in the ring and giving them a match on monday night. i mean do they think they are running the power plant for christsakes. There was only 2 missed spots, but the rest of the match the communication just wasn't there. Her promo was horrible too....that was just horrible all around. Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted July 10, 2002 I guess I'm the only person here who supports Trish, I thin k Trish did exactly what she wanted to do it's jsut that, as someone else stated, the communication wasn't there at all, and if Trish was telling her something she obviously wasn't hearign it or feeling it. And believe it or not, I watched all the TE2 episodes, and Jackie was the hardest worker and actually the best female wrestler on the show, shit I wonder what happened to her! I remember she suffered the knee injury and worked through it.. And Linda was jsut absolutely HIDEOUS physically and in-the-ring on TE2, I don't know how she got picked, but I wanted Anni to get pciked because she was the msot athletic and good looking of al lthe women, unfortunately she had problems selling. But hey, at a Chyna-like 6'1", 155 lbs., AND way better looking, she wouldn't have to sell anyways! And on antoher TE2 sidenote, Jake and Kenny were both WAY better wrestlers than these people were. Jake didn't make it because he said he was a kinda slow learner during the final interviews with Kevin Kelly, but I guess Jackie said she "really wanted it".. Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted July 10, 2002 i wouldn't call it the worst match ever. there is way too much crap out there to consider this the worst match ever. with that said it was just two blown spots that made it look so bad. a lot of wrestlers make more than that in a night easily, although sometimes they aren't quite so obivous. they should let jackie remain as eye candy while she picks up the in ring skills that she needs. i bet linda is shaking in her boots about her next match. She then tried to cover it up by attempting to drop toe hold Jackie, who was simply lost. When Jackie took Trish to the ropes to choke her, Trish clearly has a pissed of look on her face, then puts her arm up to cover her mouth so she can talk to Jackie. Oh and the crowd booed like shit for the first blown spot. For the finish, I can't tell if Trish failed to grab Jackie's head or if Jackie was just so stupid she forgot to fall forward at the precise time. The crowd gasped and booed after the finish.
