Guest RicFlairGlory Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 While this downloads... I'm replaying the HHH Desire video...
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Im calling it now. Nash defeats RVD at WM 19. He's probably going to train and rehab 20x as hard just to come back and win the title just like HHH.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 that definatly looked like the HHH "walking" injury. i got video, but no audio. however, I am actually thankful i got no audio as I already feel bad enough for laughing.
Guest RicFlairGlory Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 LesnarLunatic, Eric was right Commissioner Michaels giving Vince a little SCM
Guest Anglesault Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Why are all the colors fucked up when I try to play?
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 That link now downloads a new copy of the video that uses DivX 5.02 (the latest version) from divx.com. This should fix most people's problem. If you're still having problems, I don't know how to help you. Again, it'll be gone by this morning. And if you're able to watch the video already, there's nothing new in it, so no need to download it again.
Guest Human Fly Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 When you watch the video look at Nash right when he comes in the ring. When he steps over the top rope he grabs his knee/quad area. Maybe he did something to it just walking over the rope?
Guest Anglesault Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Thank you. You should make a video on HHH's STEP OF DOOM~! set to "wonderful world"
Guest Gendo Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 When you watch the video look at Nash right when he comes in the ring. When he steps over the top rope he grabs his knee/quad area. Maybe he did something to it just walking over the rope? I noticed that too. He seems really stiff movement wise before the boot too.
Guest Flyboy Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 When you watch the video look at Nash right when he comes in the ring. When he steps over the top rope he grabs his knee/quad area. Maybe he did something to it just walking over the rope? I noticed that too. He seems really stiff movement wise before the boot too. Yeah... I noticed both of these things.
Guest art_vandelay Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 You son of a bitch! I tried not to laugh at the poor man's misfortunes, but this video was too much to overcome. Shit man, it's like an ending to a Tarantino movie.
Guest art_vandelay Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Whatever happened to that Kevin Nash My Sacrifice video?
Guest LesnarLunatic Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Ya know what was weird.. in the clusterfuck brawl after the injury, Spike Dudley's first target is the Big Show. Yeah, good luck there Spike!
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Anyone that can't laugh at that clip needs to have his head checked.
Guest LaParkaMarka Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Bar none, the funniest thing I have seen in a long, long time. Mostly due to the insanely funny music. To the guy who made this: You, sir, are a genius.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Mostly due to the insanely funny music. To the guy who made this: You, sir, are a genious. Awww, thanks. Maybe someday I'll bother to learn more than the most basic A/V editing. =b For some reason though, that song stood out to me as LOTS of movies use it as the whole dramatic inspirational "thrill of victory, agony of defeat" part. Nash's unbridled atleticism (heh) just seems to work so humorously against it. I had no idea the timing of the music with scenes like Wight throwing Spike around work so well.
Guest Razor Roman Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 I'm in the process of recompressing it as an MPEG right now. I wish I had the expensive editing stuff I had when I was a TV student. I'd do a WWE -style package, complete with my michael cole impression lol. Kudos for the laughs. I'll post the MPEG as soon as it's done on my webspace at work. No bandwidth limitations-- colleges rule!
Guest Razor Roman Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 I just got the file encoded.. it's a little blocky... but only 3 MB. Kevin Nash Video MPEG
Guest genius1591 Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Bar none, the funniest thing I have seen in a long, long time. Mostly due to the insanely funny music. To the guy who made this: You, sir, are a genious. No, I'm the Genius, the only one on this forum. BTW, check your spelling.
Guest Prince Paul Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Wow, I thought you people were sick at first, but damn that video is funny!!
Guest Incandenza Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 If laughing at that clip is wrong, I don't wanna be right.
Guest Anglesault Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 You have to make clips like this on the Hunter step of doom. And X-Pac's launch into the cage that set him out from October 2000-February 01
Guest Incandenza Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Triple H's quad tear lacks the subtle social commentary of Nash's. Seriously, Triple H's injury wasn't funny at all. All the circumstances surrounding Big Sexy's Big Fall make for high comedy, however.
Guest Anglesault Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Yes, but hindsight, knowing that that fall led to the downfall of HHH's wrestling ability is rather humorous.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 You have to make clips like this on the Hunter step of doom. The problem is that HHH was actually a good (okay, not Flair good, but decent anyway) wrestler RIGHT UP UNTIL that point. Also X-Pac matches tend to make my brain functions disconnect from boredom. Although if Kurt wins the gold again, I'll make sure to make a (positive) video for you. =b EDITAnd thanks for the mirror, Razor. I used up almost half my monthly bandwith allotment last night. Thankfully I don't use it for much of anything.
Guest Prince Paul Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 Yes, but hindsight, knowing that that fall led to the downfall of HHH's wrestling ability is rather humorous. I would have to agree with Anglesault on that one.
Guest HartFan86 Posted July 9, 2002 Report Posted July 9, 2002 I just noticed...on the huge beat of the song, Hebner's puts his arms in the air. It looks kinda cool... and LOL @ Spike, what a retard. I bet he REALLY could take Big Show in a shoot.
