I'd listen to Mike & the Mad Dog all the time, and dammit, Mad Dog has a grating voice. He was very outspoken, but since I haven't listened to them in years, I can't tell ya. I know their show is televised on the YES network, but I'm a victim of the f'n Cablevision/Bronx screwjob, so I can't watch it. Dames

It's a show that I listened to on WFAN last summer while I was home for the summer. The black guys from Imus in the morning were the hosts and I found the show to be quite entertaining. It didn't have a specific time, but I managed to catch it sometimes. There would be a lazy Sunday where I would think, "I wish Sportsfunk was on," and I would end up listening to it by at some point that day. I don't listen to the radio much either, but when I am home I always listen to it. BTW, what kind of music do you listen to?

When did this happen and who is his co-host now? I would have kept Mike since he's the guy that seems to know everything. Russo is just the color, which he isn't overwhelmingly good at providing.

I'll admit, I was one of the first to call for Ewing to be traded or let go, but I guess I was wrong. It just seemed to me that they did better without him in the lineup in the playoffs and he'd always miss the big plays. They need to restructure everything, from front office down. Ever since Checketts left, and I wasn't a fan of his, nothing has been stable with that organization. Dames

I'm in Baltimore now and kind of sucks being away from all of my sports teams. The only team that I haven't really missed lately is the Knicks. I kind of lucked out though because I moved into an apartment down here at the end of last summer and we have been getting free cable somehow. I am a Michael Jordan fan and the company that we've been getting cable from managed to get a deal with the Wizards before Jordan came back, which meant that they got to show all of the games this year. As far as the Knicks rebuilding, I wouldn't count on it because they fans wouldn't come to the games if they felt that the Knicks were rebuilding. Based on how expensive Knicks tickets are, I think MSG really wants that ticket money.
