I tend to avoid fast food places like McD's and BK because I hate lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, etc. I like my burgers with just meat, cheese, and ketchup. But I know how special orders are, so i don't bother with them. Though I do ask for no lettuce on my tacos at Taco Bell.
