He allegedly forced the woman to perform oral sex on him before calling two male acquaintances, Leland Ellis and Vercy Carter, who arrived shortly thereafter why was he hanging with 40 yr-olds??? rape is the worst thing to be arrested for, i hope he gets bradshawed in prison

If so, didn't she kinda have a choice of rather or not to do it. That doesn't actually equal rape. If he raped her after that, then yeah, he should go to jail for the rest of his life, but if they are baseing it on the ultimatum he gave her I don't really consider it rape.

If she didn't want to have sex with him, she could've taken the probabtion and community service that comes with check scams...
