That doesn't actually equal rape. If he raped her after that, then yeah, he should go to jail for the rest of his life, but if they are baseing it on the ultimatum he gave her I don't really consider it rape. Guest Ripper Report post Posted July 23, 2002 Apparently they are saying that on the tape, it shows her blowing mystical, she says the cut the tape off and THEN he raped her, then they turned the tape back on and it showed her having sex with the other two guys...AND she signed a affidavit saying the the sex was consensual but now says that she was tricked into signing it and wants to press charges.
