Vince has in his mind a specific idea of what his wrestlers should look like, and unfortunately, actual talent is not high on his list of priorities. Exactly the problem. I assume that most of us have seen "Beyond the Mat", right? Vince doesn't want to put out a WRESTLING product. He likes, as he says, to "make movies". And he's just like every other worthless slimeball exec in Hollywood - he casts for looks instead of talent. That's why the Bull Buchanans and Alberts of the world are still employed, and the Benoits & Booker Ts are shuffled to the midcard. That's why Lesnar, and extraordinarily gifted amateur WRESTLER, is presented as a pure power wrestler and nothing but that. I'm so sick of Vince pushing big, talentless lugs just because they have "the look" that he enjoys.
