Yea, but they have to get the title off The Rock before he leaves. Unless they just don't care about it anymore and he's going to fly away to La-La Land with it, and bring it with him on talk shows and crap like that.

Well, I'll tell you what:

I'm not a religious guy, but I can start praying here anyway. I hope they do whatever booker's trick is necessary to not just hotshot the belt onto Brock at Summerslam. It's so predictable and stretches the bounds of realism, even in professional wrestling. That says something.

In an ideal world, either more guys are added to the event (although we just had a triple threat, and more than 3 tends to suck), or they declare it No Holds Barred and then run-in someone to come in and win it ala WM9. However, that kind of finish has such a negative reaction the person who runs in would have to be able to carry the title, and thus (sadly) would have be Goldberg.

Actually i dont HHHate. That has been known. Ask Anglesaut.

really, but does HBK have to offer? its not like he can wrestle, he's a headache backstage, and his promos are subpar

Okay before I could shrug it off...

But fuck you're talking out of your ass here,

Some of the BEST promos on RAW have been from HBK in recent weeks.

And what the fuck do you care about backstage? All I, or anyone else, should give a shit about is what happens IN THE RING (or at least on the show).

This backstage chemistry stuff is bullshit. Whens the last time your boss asked you if you got along with everyone else? Never. Whens the last time your boss asked you to get the job done? Exactly.

I presented a situation prior to tonight. Let's say Brock they go with the same finish, because Brock did kick out right before the three and I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed. In many ways, Brock could later claim that Heyman screwed him out of the title. Also Steph announced on the show that she was going to fight back against Bischoff. Undertaker has to win his match for this to work. What does she do. She announces via fax on RAW that she has signed one of Bischoff boys. On that same RAW, RVD wants another shot at Brock but he wants him to leave something on the line, because RVD always seems to be the one with something to lose. RVD gets the title shot and wins, the same idea I've pitched before. Steph announces on SmackDown who she's signed; after negotiating with Heyman, she has the next big thing. Heyman tries to explain to Brock why, he was trying to get away from RVD or such. Brock turns, and they set up an Angle/Brock match for SummerSlam.

HBK has nothing left in him. He hasn't wrestled long enough for his job to be put over and his promos have not been the best recently.

It all boils down to this.

WWE is like a little spastic hyperactive fucking prick child who plays with 50 toys every day, has its two or three favorites that get played with just a little bit longer, but in the end you have 50 toys scattered on the ground, they dont get cleaned up, nothing makes sense, and then the kid shits itself

Thats pretty much it. The WWE is like a little kid who keeps shitting himself.

I thought it was like a kid failing English....it can write all it wants but in the end none of it makes any fucking sense except to him...

though the "shitting itself" allusion is great

I dont know if anyone said this, but Im betting we get a controversial ending from the title match at vengeance. I swear UT hit Rock at the three count to break it up

No, the WWF is like a popular teenage girl. They wear a nice red dress to a party which everyone compliments them on so they wear the same red dress to every party after that and everyone starts to hate that red dress and the person wearing it.

Here's one, though, and this may be the mark in me talking, but what if Rock *gasp* went over at SummerSlam? He could vacate the belt the next night on Raw and they could hold a tournament to win it.. think about it. Smackdown's eight best compete, Raw's eight best compete, the two winners face each other at Unforgiven for the title. And, of course, this would knock the fuckin' pants off KotR, because it'd actually be the eight best. Word.

- Mike Van Siclen.

Full of good ideas.

I was just watching Vengeance again on my TiVo, the HHH interview to be more specific- anyone else catch that when Bischoff said "they're (referring to Hollywood studios) are looking for the next breakout WWE superstar." he almost said WCW?

I think once they realize the split has become detrimental to their plans, Vince and Co. will do away with exclusive belts for each show (with the possible exception of the Cruiser belt). They're already opened the floodgates by giving everyone "open contracts", especially in lieu of moving Triple H to the quickly hemorraging RAW.

So giving Brock both belts probably isn't going to happen.

Of course, i said Bischoff would never be seen on WW_ soil either...

They'll stick with the split, that's definate. Ratings have found stable ground and there's no real reason to end it unless they want to get rid of the deadweight.

No. The Rock has the title to give a rub. He gives it up, it tarnishes the title yet again. Someone has to pin (or submit) the Rock to make his title reign worth anything. If he retains against Brock, who does he put over? Maybe Angle or even Jericho, but on a pointless TV match? And in the end, you either have HHH winning the tournament or Brock winning without the rub.

I think Steph is going to sign RVD. Remember, this man is HHH's kryptonite as BPS likes to say. Anyways, he has the second biggest title.

Yea, I caught that too. That was great... imagine how funny it would've been if he HAD gone all the way and said WCW.

And BPP, I swear Undertaker broke it up at three too... but then, I also thought Zack Malibu pinned Caboose clean <_<

And as for HBK, whether his promos are good or not, they don't really advance any storylines or seem to serve any purpose yet, and since the guy can't and won't wrestle, what's the point of him being there? However, he DOES still get one of the biggest pops on RAW, and I really can't think of anyone better to fill the space, so it's almost a lose-lose situation in that regards.
