Guest The Man in Blak Posted July 21, 2002 Report Posted July 21, 2002 I caught the video for Weezer's "Keep Fishin'" from Maladroit today, featuring themselves on the Muppet Show and it just struck me as odd, considering that Weezer was totally hamming up their "nerd pop-rock" image that Rivers had sworn up and down that they had dropped for Maladroit. Oh, the irony. Any thoughts?

The muppet video has an air of facade to it in my eyes, but shit, it's muppets. I'm on it like a comet.

I was at their show last night and me and my friend left early cause it was so boring. It's funny cause I saw them about 5 years ago and they were really good and made me a fan of them until the Green Album, which made me realize how unoriginal they are. I only went to the show to see Sparta (incredible. My friend had never heard of them and is already a fan).
