Because the person really was doing nothing but flame baiting, and obviously wasn't the same person, so the name shouldn't exist. Got a problem, take it up with me. Dames Flame baiting? In a Flaming folder? Ermmm. Unless Billy Bump made posts in other folders that I haven't seen, you just proved that bps is a hypocrite. As I've told the guys who did it (they know who they are), I didn't have a problem with the flame baiting itself, but the fact that the name was spread amongst more than one person. From what I was told, one of the persons using the name had been previously banned, therefore deserved to be banned again, not because of flame baiting, but because they were supposed to be banned. Once BillyBump made it past the ban the first time, another mod who was witnessing the situation IP banned the guy, however, since it was used by more than one person, some people were unfairly banned. I don't know the whole BillyBump deal, but I believe you were acting as you thought best, so that's fine. 2. It's different because Dutch didn't do anything to earn his title.
