Christopher Daniels is the #1 contender since Low-Ki lost...but he's touring the Orient for the time being...so they skip him for now. Kid Romeo is #2...but they skipped him too. They really should have checked schedules before ranking them.

 

 

Anway...

 

AJ Styles will defend the X title against Elix Skipper

 

Jerry Lynn will take on Low-Ki

 

The other match announced is Malice vs. Apolo.

 

They are really trying to put Apolo over as the top contender (due to his won/loss record) and a win over Malice will likely net him a title shot next week. But Apolo has shown me nothing at this point.

Oh...and the return of Scott Hall which means nothing to me unless it involves K-Krush kicking the tar out of him.

Jeff Jarrett will now face Scott Hall on the card as well.

 

The story is that now that Steamboat is in control he lifted the ban so Hall could get JJ in the ring.

 

 

The obsever site also said that Apolo vs. Malice may be first blood for a title shot...but that is unconfirmed.

I was under the impression that Monty Brown was a load

I don't know what a load means...but I was impressed with Monty Brown.

 

He did a nice peice of mic work...then looked pretty good in his match.

 

He knows how to do the moves that he does...and he doesn't try to do things that he can't do yet.

 

Which is a good thing for someone that green.
