Looks like I'm the league high scorer for the week unless David Patten picks up 26 points. Not that it matters, just saying.

Here is my match-up preview for week 2:

The A Team(1-0-0) vs. The Darkside Dominators(0-1-0)

QB-Michael Vick vs. Aaron Brooks

Last week Vick put up pretty good passing numbers and had a very good pass dropped deep and also had very good rushing numbers. Brooks had a pretty good day throwing against one of the league's best secondaries. I'd like to give the advantage to Vick because he had a good day passing and running, but the thing is Vick has yet to prove himself and only has 4 career starts, none of which were anything spectacular.

ADVANTAGE-NONE

RB-Michael Bennett and Charlie Garner vs. Edgerrin James and Mike Alstott

Bennett is not going to do much of anything, maybe a few points, especially now that he is in a "running back rotation". Garner won't run too much against the Pittsburgh D. My only hope is that the Oakland passing game forces the Steelers to focus their DBs on Rice and Brown and Garner will be open for a few nice catches out of the backfield. James will have somewhere around 100 yards and probably a TD or 2 against Miami. Alstott doesn't usually put up big numbers, but he does break a big run for a TD every now and then. I think the advantage here is very clear.

ADVANTAGE-Darkside Dominators

WR-Randy Moss and Joe Horn vs. Eric Moulds and Kevin Dyson

Moss had a good showing last week and is supposed to get even more passes thrown to him this week agaisnt a weak Buffalo secondary. Horn had a big day last week against a good Tampa secondary and should also put up some points against Green Bay. I'm expecting 200 yards 3 TDs out of the two of them together. Moulds was impressive last week and should show up again this week. Over 100 yards and a TD shouldn't be too hard against Minnesota. Kevin Dyson didn't do much last week, but he should put up something this week, not that much though. This position can't be called a weakness for either team and it could be pretty close, but I can't not give an advantage to Moss and Horn, two of the leagues elite..

ADVANTAGE-The A Team

TE-Dwayne Carswell vs. Erron Kinney

The Darkside Dominators are playing Erron Kinney for the injured Byron Chamberlain. Don't expect much here.

ADVANTAGE-NONE

WR/RB-Amani Toomer, Curtis Conway, and Rickey Proehl vs. JJ Stokes, Todd Pinkston, and Brandon Stokley

Toomer is a pretty good #1 reciever who I have in a place filled largely with #3 recievers. JJ Stokes is also an every down reciever, but most of the passes for the Niners will go to Terrell Owens this week. Conway and Pinkston should both catch a couple passes this week, but nothing too big. Proehl could possibly turn out some big plays just because he plays for St. Louis, but he doesn't get involved that often. Brandon Stokely had a nice game last week, but this week he and a new QB will be going against Tampa Bay's DBs. I don't expect much from him this week, but he could pick up a few points. Pretty even matchup once again.

ADVANTAGE-NONE

K-Jason Elam vs. Doug Brien

Both guys had nice point totals last week(12 each), but Doug Brien hasn't been too good in the past while Elam has been quite reliable. I'm not too sure how many kicking oppurtunities either guy will get this week though. I think that whoever gets on the field the most will get more points, but taking their histories into consideration:

ADVANTAGE-The A Team

DEF-Seattle vs. Buffalo

Defense is really pretty tough to pick as it relies totally on sacks, INTs, and fumbles. You can never really tell where those will come from, but I'll give it a shot. Culpepper will try to avoid the sack against Buffalo which may lead to foolish throws which may lead to INTs. Seattle is facing a shaky QB in Jake Plummer which could lead to sacks/INTs. Uhh...

ADVANTAGE-None

Overall I think it's a pretty even matchup, not nearly as far apart as last week's point totals show. Could go either way.

well in full mark out mode the TE is from Houston Texans......he scored the 1st TD ever for the team!!!!

I am having a tough decision about my Defense now that I have Dallas. Since this league does not factor in points allowed, and the fact that Dallas had 6 sacks & INT but the Giants are facing their new rivals the Rams which could be a big game.

By the power of the Kick Returner I shall score :hm:

on a side note: Why did you drop the Dallas team for the Bungles? Are you trying to make a point that my team sucks so bad that you can win with no D? Just like week one, I lost to a team with 1 RB???

Did anyone order StatTracker? I'm just curious as to who has it, because if no one else does, I could get it.

Who said the Jets were going to win the division again?

NOTE: This is a general question, which includes the fucktards at ESPN.com

The Cowboys win with the Defense and I did not start them :stupid:

I think New England is finally going to get the respect they deserve now.

It has to be hard being a Cowboys fan. Quincy shows glimpses of being a good qb one week and shows glimpses of being an incompetant bum the next week.

Derrick Mason is making me insane as he gets nearly 100 yrds but no TD

so far Giants are doing good with stopping the Rams but this is counter productive as Wilkens misses an easy 20 yard field goal

Man, I'm sucking this week. I'd like to send a big "Fuck you" to the following:

Curtis Martin

Tennessee's receivers, for dropping about 375 passes in the fourth quarter alone

Chicago, for not throwing one damn TD to Marty Booker

Hopefully Akers and the Philly D don't produce Monday, or else I'm certifiably fucked.

I don't think I had any big scorers this week. Looks like I had a great day from my recievers though:

Curtis Conway-5 for 113 yards and 1 TD

Amani Toomer-4 for 92 yards and 0 TD

Ricky Proehl-2 for 31 yards and 1 TD

Randy Moss-10 for 107 yards and 1 TD

Joe Horn-6 for 120 yards and 0 TD

Does anyone know what that translates to in fantasy points?

If anyone else is interested in Jeff Garcia, Im willing to trade him for a RB or WR. Ive got Collins who has put up much better #s the last two weeks and their schedule is easier.
