I just got Paint Shop Pro and I have two questions for you: How do you make PSDs? Second, where do you get the kick ass fonts?

To make psds, you have to take the pic you want and copy it to a transparancey. then you can use the magic wand or the lasso thingie and it takes out chunks of the background. Or you can go to some site and download some precut ones.

 

But when it comes to the fonts some sites i use are
