He isn't going to SD! because unlike the other people that have crossed (Jericho, Team Canada, Benoit and Eddy) they actually use RVD to promote house shows.

 

In fact, more often than not, Test is used as a deterrent at house shows!

the way the card looks in my guestimation:

Brock - rock

HHH - HBK

Taker - Test

Team Canada - Hardys (TLC?)

Angle/Show - Cena/Misterio (maybe if show left Raw by his comments)

Jericho - Flair

 

i dont know what they would do with:

RVD

Hogan

Edge

Benoit

Guerrero

 

you could have maybe Benoit - Edge or make it a tag with Hogan and Eddy, but too many single opponent tag matches will make it look like a regular show
