Tomorrow has football!

 

The first preseason game is on tomorrow night...and though it's only preseason...I like watching to see who I'd cut.

 

The Hall of Fame inductions are tomorrow too...

Anyway, I'm all fired up for tomorrow, in part because the Redskins are playing, in part because the Fun 'N' Gun is debuting (which should certainly be interesting to say the least), and mostly because I'll be able to go to a bar and get all snookered watching it. SCORE!!

I'll watch the first 15 minutes like I always do when it isn't my team and it's on tv in the preseason.

 

Then the suck factor will come up...and I'll watch Confidential.

Five weeks until the real football starts. Preseason games are a waste of time and inevitably several star players get hurt and flush their team's chances down the drain. Cut the number of games down, if you have to play them at all.

 

20 days until college football kicks off - August 22.

Actually, it's not definitely a sport by that definition, while it does say that any sport where you can't touch the ball with your hands isn't a sport, it never says that if you can touch the ball it automatically is a sport.

We all have our own definitions of what we see as a sport. Hell, some people consider pie eating contests a sport. It might be fun to stuff your face, but it's not a sport!

BTW, Soccer is ONLY good when the goons in the stands are rioting. Death is literally the only thing than can butch up your sport.
