I've downloaded a series of "acoustic" recordings by her, just her and her guitar, and she does have a true natural talent. You should hear some of those tracks, as it proves she has a truly great voice, and can really put her emotion into what she is trying to relay to the listener. Like her or not, she'll be around for a while, and personally, I can't wait to see her mature and grow as an artist. I lover her, and her music. As for the stuff like Sk8ter Boi, cut her a break. She is only 17 years old, and she is curently aimed at the younger audiance right now. Her music has that young feel to it, but that's fine for now. She'll "grow up" and "mature" in time, and her aiming towards that young crowd will benifit her once she does so.
