Watching Confidential last night, I realized what Hogan's true colors really were. I know that that interview didn't come as a shock to many of you, and it really didn't come as a shock to me, but it did make me finally agree with most of you. Hogan is a worthless piece of shit

 

I hate hypocrits. Always have, even though everyone has the tendancy to be one at times. But I realized just how hypocritical he was when that old bastard was talking about how he didn't understand the rationale in hiring Bret Hart and paying him that much money.

 

Hogan: (not word for word obviously but this is what he meant) I mean, you look at someone like me... selling out the Pontiac Silverdome, main eventing WM's blah blah blah... but you look at Bret. What did he do? I just don't understand the reasoning in catering to him like that

 

What did Bret do? How about carry the fucking company on his back?

 

I'm not defending Bret on what he did around the time of Survivor Series. We all have our opinions on that, and mine is still the same... he was wrong. But I won't deny how valuable Bret was to the WWF and I still respect him more than anyone because unlike the WWF, he's never sold out to himself, which is evident when he turned down the WM appearance.

 

How the fuck can Hulk Hogan not justify the reasoning in paying Bret a ridiculous sum when his Hogan got his bastard worthless friends like Ed Leslie hired and also payed a ridiculous sum?

 

It's funny how the WWF tried to pin the entire demise of WCW on Bret Hart when in reality, the demise came about due to not only mismanagment but bastards like Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash. The WWE won't admit this because they're on the payroll... and it disgusts me.

No no no no... what got on my nerves was that Hogan stated that he didn't feel paying Hart that much was justified... when Hogan himself had all of his buddies getting paid ridiculous sums of money as well.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Hogan was getting paid more in WCW than Bret.

 

And yeah I agree, people who didn't see Confidential for themselves last night shouldn't be making judgements

So you now **HATE** Hulk Hogan and think he's a worthless sack of shit because he didn't think Bret Hart was worth 3 million dollars? When did he have all his buddies get paid ridiculous sums of money? The last I knew, Hulk Hogan never made a contract or cut a check to anyone for working for WCW. It's also funny that whenever I hear about the highest paid wrestlers in WCW, Ed Leslie's name never seems to come up, but i'll take your word for it and assume he made "a ridiculous sum of money". Your attempted portrayal of Ed Leslie's signing as one of the major reason's why WCW went under is a lot worse than WWE's attempted portrayal of Bret Hart and DX being major factors in WCW's demise. How far-fetched can you get? This is the funniest post I've seen all day and probably the funniest Anti-Hogan post i've seen on the internet. If you're going to bring the Hogan Hate, attack his workrate or something.

Wrestling fans are often appalled to find out what a dick Hogan is backstage. The man basically said "Bret Hart isn't worth shit, and I'm worth all the money in the world". What makes me more pissed is that his legion of fans who have been capitivated by his "I'm a Jobbermaniac" attitude don't seem to acknowledge what kind of person he is/was backstage.

Hmm, how many times have you been backstage in the WWE? Or in WCW? Never, all you have are reports from bitter Wrestlers who never got to his level. And in case you didn't know, reports state that Hogan is LIKED backstage in the WWE and that *gasp* no-one has any heat with him.

 

His comments were simply that Bret was OVERPAID in WCW and did nothing major to deserve the money he was paid. He was paid more than Hogan and didn't make the company back enough of that money, unlike Hogan who helped draw some of WCW's biggest buyrates and helped to draw huge attendances to WCW shows. I am a fan of both Wrestlers but that is the truth.

 

Oh, but as we all know - he doesn't rack up alongside Austin and Tripple H as company men, does he?

Hart was overpaid. But what pissed me off about the comments and the story in general was Hart was blamed for the fall of WCW. I don't even like Brett Hart but to say he was at fault is ridiculous.

If the WWE had balls they'd point the finger at the two wrestlers responsible.

I really think having Bret Hart as a focal point of any WWE programming is ridiculous. The bridges burned and the wrongs done are too much to just be rubbed in on television over and over. I mean a guy who's career was shattered, suffered a stroke, lost DBS, his mother, his brother and most of his pride and dignity doesn't need the Montreal finish done right in front of his entire family in 2001, his screwjob mentioned on WWE shows and just anything having to do with his personal problems. Hart has been through enough, they should just carry on, and leave his legacy the hell alone.
